Walking along the Fondamenta, we notice alongside historic palazzi, architecturally valuable industrial elements such as the Molino Stucky or the former Dreher brewery, reconverted into various Lofts of inimitable design. We enter through the main entrance and a few flights of stairs lead us into a first common part, clear and minimalist. A second common part, seems to announce the magnificent Loft that awaits us. Opening the doors, we are immediately struck by the extreme brightness. We walk through the entrance with great curiosity, until we walk into a modern double-height hallway that amazes us with its design and simplicity; an open-plan kitchen with bright colours directs our gaze towards the large living room. Walking to the end of it, we exit through the large glass archway to take a break on the terrace. We then turn our gaze and notice an interior balcony that hints at an equally interesting second floor. After noticing the laundry room, the bathroom and an open bedroom, we decide to climb the wooden stairs to the sleeping area: two more open rooms greet us at the entrance to the second floor, then a wardrobe room and a modern bathroom with bathtub. We arrive in the master bedroom: a lot of light enters from the balcony, we are drawn in, and leaning out we are dazzled by an incredible view of Venice, as far as the mountains in the distance. The solution is one of a kind, design and simplicity intertwine perfectly in a convivial and intimate place, where you can experience an alternative Venice, far from the tourist flows but connected to the main communication routes and to the most sincere soul of the Serenissima.The island of Giudecca is one of Venice's best known residential areas. Giudecca ist ein neues Gesicht Venedigs, ein Ort, an dem Altes und Modernes nebeneinander bestehen und unterschiedliche Situationen schaffen. Bei einem Spaziergang entlang der Fondamenta fällt auf, dass neben historischen Palazzi auch architektonisch wertvolle Industrieelemente zu finden sind, wie das Molino Stucky oder die ehemalige Brauerei Dreher, die in verschiedene Lofts von unnachahmlichem Design umgewandelt wurden - seltene Perlen in Venedig. Wir betreten das Gebäude durch den Haupteingang und gelangen über einige Treppenstufen in einen ersten gemeinsamen Bereich, der klar und minimalistisch ist. Ein zweiter gemeinsamer Teil, der mit einer anderen Immobilie geteilt wird, scheint das herrliche Loft anzukündigen, das uns erwartet. Als wir die Türen öffnen, sind wir sofort von der extremen Helligkeit beeindruckt. Wir durchschreiten den Eingang mit großer Neugier, bis wir in einen modernen, doppelhohen Flur eintreten, der uns mit seinem Design und seiner Schlichtheit überrascht; eine offene Küche mit hellen Farben lenkt unseren Blick auf das große Wohnzimmer. Wir gehen bis zum Ende des Raums und verlassen ihn durch einen großen Glasbogen, um auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Gärten eine Pause einzulegen. Dann wenden wir unseren Blick und bemerken einen Innenbalkon, der auf eine ebenso interessante zweite Etage hindeutet. Nachdem wir die Waschküche, das Badezimmer und ein offenes Schlafzimmer gesehen haben, beschließen wir, die Holztreppe zum Schlafbereich hinaufzusteigen: Zwei weitere offene Zimmer begrüßen uns am Eingang zum zweiten Stock, dann ein Garderobenraum und ein modernes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Begeisterung geht weiter, als wir im Hauptschlafzimmer ankommen: viel Licht fällt vom Balkon herein, wir werden hineingezogen, und wenn wir uns hinauslehnen, werden wir von einem unglaublichen Blick auf Venedig geblendet, bis hin zu den Bergen in der Ferne. Die Lösung ist einzigartig, Design und Einfachheit verflechten sich perfekt in einem geselligen und intimen Ort, wo man ein alternatives Venedig erleben kann, weit weg von den Touristenströmen, aber verbunden mit den Hauptverkehrswegen und der aufrichtigen Seele der Serenissima.Die Insel Giudecca ist eine der bekanntesten Wohngegenden Venedigs. Paseando por la fondamenta, nos damos cuenta de que junto a palazzi históricos se funden elementos industriales de gran valor arquitectónico, como el Molino Stucky o la antigua fábrica de cerveza Dreher, reconvertidos en varios Lofts de diseño inimitable: perlas raras en Venecia. Entramos por la entrada principal y unos tramos de escaleras nos conducen a una primera parte común, clara y minimalista. Una segunda parte común, compartida con otra propiedad, parece anunciar el magnífico Loft que nos espera. Al abrir las puertas, nos sorprende de inmediato la extrema luminosidad. Recorremos el hall de entrada con gran curiosidad, hasta adentrarnos en una moderna nave de doble altura que nos sorprende por su diseño y sencillez; una cocina americana de colores vivos dirige nuestra mirada hacia el gran salón. Caminando hasta el final del mismo, salimos por el gran arco de cristal para tomar un descanso en la terraza con vistas a los jardines. Giramos entonces la mirada y observamos un balcón interior que insinúa una segunda planta igualmente interesante. Tras fijarnos en el lavadero, el cuarto de baño y un dormitorio abierto, decidimos subir las escaleras de madera hasta la zona de noche: otras dos habitaciones abiertas nos reciben a la entrada de la segunda planta, después un cuarto de armarios y un moderno cuarto de baño con bañera. La emoción continúa cuando llegamos al dormitorio principal: entra mucha luz por el balcón, nos atrae, y al asomarnos nos deslumbra una vista increíble de Venecia, hasta las montañas en la lejanía. On entre par l'entrée principale et quelques volées de marches nous conduisent dans une première partie commune, claire et minimaliste. Une deuxième partie commune, semble annoncer le magnifique Loft qui nous attend. En ouvrant les portes, nous sommes immédiatement frappés par l'extrême luminosité. Nous franchissons l'entrée avec une grande curiosité, jusqu'à un couloir moderne à double hauteur qui nous surprend par son design et sa simplicité ; une cuisine ouverte aux couleurs vives oriente notre regard vers le grand salon. En marchant jusqu'au bout, nous sortons par la grande arche vitrée pour faire une pause sur la terrasse. Nous tournons ensuite notre regard et remarquons un balcon intérieur qui laisse entrevoir un deuxième étage tout aussi intéressant. Après avoir remarqué la buanderie, la salle de bains et une chambre ouverte, nous décidons de monter l'escalier en bois jusqu'à l'espace nuit : deux autres chambres ouvertes nous accueillent à l'entrée du deuxième étage, puis une penderie et une salle de bains moderne avec baignoire. Nous arrivons dans la chambre principale : beaucoup de lumière entre par le balcon, nous sommes attirés et, en nous penchant, nous sommes éblouis par une vue incroyable sur Venise, jusqu'aux montagnes au loin. Percorriamo con grande curiosità l’ingresso, fino a camminare in una navata moderna a doppia altezza che ci stupisce per il design e per la semplicità; una cucina open space dalle accese tonalità mira lo sguardo verso il gran salotto. Percorrendolo fino alla fine usciamo dal grande arco in vetro per concederci una pausa nella terrazza con vista sui giardini. Voltiamo poi lo sguardo e notiamo una balconata interna che ci fa presagire un secondo piano altrettanto interessante. Dopo aver notato la lavanderia, il bagno e una camera da letto open, decidiamo così di salire le scale in legno che ci conducono alla zona notte: altre due stanze open ci accolgono all’ingresso del secondo piano, poi una sala armadi ed un bagno moderno con vasca. Arriviamo nella camera da letto principale: molta luce entra dal balcone, siamo attratti e sporgendoci all’esterno veniamo abbagliati da una vista incredibile su Venezia, fino alle montagne in lontananza.
