Upon entering, we immediately notice how it has undergone a skilful and radical renovation, which has preserved the characteristic Venetian details, re-proposed in a modern key. The entire floor, in particular, has been renovated with typical Venetian terrazzo, white with mother-of-pearl inserts; similarly, the beams have been brought into view and restored, while the walls of the rooms are embellished with shaved lime finishes. The bathroom is also embellished with mosaic tiling, designed to emphasise the shower's chromotherapy system. All the systems have been reinstalled in compliance with the latest regulations and ensure maximum comfort in every room: at the end of our visit, we consider this property a very comfortable second home for those who, like us, are in love with Venice!The Castello district, the largest and among the oldest in Venice, is located at the eastern end of the city. Maria Formosa.The property is located near Via Garibaldi, an area that is at the same time residential, thanks to the numerous shops in the vicinity, but also in great demand for investment, given its proximity to the Giardini and the Biennale pavilions.
