We arrive by vaporetto from the Centro Storico, we get off in piazzale S.Maria Elisabetta and decide to take a walk along the Gran Viale to reach our flat, we take a side street and after only 5 minutes on foot we find ourselves in front of the front door of our apartment building. The building has a lift, a very convenient option for reaching our unit on the second floor. Upon entering we immediately notice the excellent distribution that consists of: a single bedroom, a double bedroom very large and bright, another room of the same size of a single bedroom and a beautiful and spacious living room / kitchen in open space with French window that allows us to use in a functional way the terrace that extends throughout the south side of the flat, this is an important detail because it allows light to fill the living area throughout the day. The central location allows you to have everything you need within walking distance (beaches, shops, restaurants) and being close to the vaporettos to the historic centre is definitely a plus. Despite its central location, the flat offers an oasis of tranquillity and privacy, perfect for retreating after a day spent at the beach or in the hustle and bustle of the historic centre. Al entrar enseguida nos damos cuenta de la excelente distribución que consta de: una habitación individual, una habitación doble muy amplia y luminosa, otra habitación del mismo tamaño de una habitación individual y un bonito y amplio salón / cocina en espacio abierto con ventana francesa que nos permite utilizar de una manera funcional la terraza que se extiende por todo el lado sur del piso, este es un detalle importante ya que permite que la luz llene la zona de estar durante todo el día. La ubicación céntrica te permite tener todo lo que necesitas a poca distancia (playas, tiendas, restaurantes) y estar cerca de los vaporettos al centro histórico es definitivamente un plus. Nous prenons une rue latérale et après seulement 5 minutes de marche, nous nous retrouvons devant la porte d'entrée de notre immeuble. L'immeuble est équipé d'un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique pour accéder à notre appartement situé au deuxième étage. En entrant, nous remarquons immédiatement l'excellente distribution qui consiste en : une chambre simple, une chambre double très grande et lumineuse, une autre pièce de la même taille qu'une chambre simple et un beau et spacieux salon/cuisine en espace ouvert avec porte-fenêtre qui nous permet d'utiliser de manière fonctionnelle la terrasse qui s'étend sur tout le côté sud de l'appartement, c'est un détail important car il permet à la lumière de remplir la zone de vie tout au long de la journée. L'emplacement central vous permet d'avoir tout ce dont vous avez besoin à distance de marche (plages, magasins, restaurants) et le fait d'être proche des vaporettos pour le centre historique est définitivement un plus. Malgré sa situation centrale, l'appartement offre une oasis de tranquillité et d'intimité, parfaite pour se retirer après une journée passée à la plage ou dans l'agitation du centre historique. Lo stabile è fornito di ascensore, opzione molto comoda per raggiungere la nostra unità al secondo piano. Entrando notiamo subito l'ottimo distributivo che si compone di: una camera singola, una camera matrimoniale molto ampia e luminosa, un'altra stanza delle stesse dimensioni di una camera singola ed uno splendido e spazioso soggiorno/cucina in open space con porta finestra che ci permette di utilizzare in modo funzionale la terrazza che si estende su tutto il lato sud dell'appartamento, questo è un importante dettaglio poichè permette alla luce di riempire durante l'arco della giornata la zona living. La posizione centralissima permette di avere tutto il necessario a pochi passi di distanza ( spiagge, negozi, ristoranti ) e il poter esser vicinissimi ai vaporetti per il Centro Storico è sicuramente un plus. Nonostante la sua posizione centrale, l'appartamento offre un'oasi di tranquillità e privacy, perfetta per ritirarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa in spiaggia o nella frenesia del Centro Storico.
