Von den Terrassen hat man einen überwältigenden Panoramablick über ganz Denia, die Umgebung und das Meer. Rund um das Haus gibt es viele verschiedene Obstbäume und blühende Pflanzen und Sträuchern. Direkt neben der Einfahrt mit der grossen Garage gelangen wir ins Haus. Von dem kleinen Eingangsbereich gelangt man in das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit direkter Anbindung an den Wintergarten und Balkon. Auf derselben Etage befinden sich noch zwei Schlafzimmer, ein WC und ein vollständiges Badezimmer. Über die Aussentreppe gelangt man zum Hauswirtschaftsraum mit der Zentralheizung und auch zur zweiten Wohnung. Diese Wohnung kann unabhängig von der oberen benutzt werden, da sich dort ebenfalls ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein WC und ein vollwertiges Bad befinden.
