In essence, the "Casa Payes albicenca" is a stand-alone country home nestled between green hills and surrounded by nature.
We intend to recover the primitive contrast between the green juniper and the white lime of the payes styled walls. Leveaging on the south facing, we propose a wall as backdrop for "Ca n'Espanyol", built through a set of consecutive garden terraces and massive planters of vast vegetal richness, designed with ecological and low maintenance irrigation systems.LATTICE FACADE (CAMINO DE LA IGLESIA STREET)
As for this facade, our proposal consists of a skin formed by permeable ceramic latticework, serving as transitional element between the interior and the exterior. This results in an external composition that is respectful of the surroundings, and an elevation organized by vertical axes with prevalence of stone pillars on holes, while inturn the semi-transparency of the skin allows the natural air circulation, a better use of natural light inside the residences and biggest terraces.ROOFTOP
When we go up to the building's terrace, we will enjoy the spectacular views of Santa Eulalia del Rio in an atmosphere that transmits the essence of Ibiza where the vegetation of the island is mixed with the stone of Ibiza and the sound of water.CHILL OUT ZONE

Im Wesentlichen handelt es sich bei der "Casa Payes albicenca" um ein eigenständiges Landhaus, eingebettet zwischen grünen Hügeln und inmitten der Natur.
Wir beabsichtigen, den ursprünglichen Kontrast zwischen dem grünen Wacholder und dem weißen Limetten der Wände im Payes-Stil wiederherzustellen. An der Südseite schlagen wir eine Mauer als Kulisse für "Ca n'Espanyol" vor, die aus einer Reihe von aufeinanderfolgenden Gartenterrassen und massiven Pflanzgefäßen mit großem Pflanzenreichtum besteht, die mit ökologischen und wartungsarmen Bewässerungssystemen entworfen wurden.GITTERFASSADE (CAMINO DE LA IGLESIA STRASSE)
Was diese Fassade betrifft, so besteht unser Vorschlag aus einer Haut, die aus durchlässigem Keramikgitter besteht und als Übergangselement zwischen Innen und Außen dient. Dies führt zu einer äußeren Komposition, die die Umgebung respektiert, und einer Erhöhung, die durch vertikale Achsen organisiert ist, wobei Steinsäulen an Löchern vorherrschen, während wiederum die Halbtransparenz der Haut die natürliche Luftzirkulation und eine bessere Nutzung des natürlichen Lichts in den Wohnungen und den größten Terrassen ermöglicht.HAUSDACH

Esto permite una composición exterior respetuosa con entorno, con un alzado ordenado por ejes verticales donde predomina el machón sobre hueco y a su vez, la semitransparencia de la piel permite la circulación natural del aire, un mayor aprovechamiento de la luz natural y unas terrazas más amplias.TERRAZA COMÚN

Il risultato è una composizione esterna rispettosa dell'ambiente circostante e un'elevazione organizzata per assi verticali con prevalenza di pilastri in pietra su fori, mentre a sua volta la semitrasparenza della pelle consente la naturale circolazione dell'aria, un migliore utilizzo della luce naturale all'interno delle residenze e delle terrazze più grandi.SUL TETTO
