It was recently remodeled to become a serene, spacious space, easily circulated, with lots of light. Designed a few years ago, the East/West orientation was really thought out, as was the layout of the leisure and private areas and the visual connection to the outside. We feel good here, with the large windows, some instead of walls, letting the green garden or the blue of the pool invade the neutral and relaxing tones with which it was remodeled. The current owners saw the full potential of this Quinta in the city, the space, the beautiful landscaping details and...they made it shine. In a simple and elegant way. Upon entering the house we have lots of light and a spacious living room with a discreet but warming mezzanine over the dining table area. This area merges with the living room and the kitchen if its wide doors are open. All spaces are interconnected organically but at the same time highlighted by uneven levels. In the kitchen we have access to a pantry and a glass-enclosed room, overlooking the garden, which could function as an extra bedroom. In the living room area, surrounded by huge windows, the stove heats the space. It is here, through the glass doors, that we go to the outside and the pool. Still inside the house there is a wing with 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite. A bathroom assists the other 2 bedrooms. They all have wardrobes. And they all have doors to the garden, which makes them more relaxing and charming. In the bedroom wing, the hallway is entirely glazed, which gives us a feeling of space, lots of natural light and a very pleasant view of the front garden. The garden surrounds the house. It has the most varied native plants, palm trees and large cypresses that are strategically planted on the edge of the garden that is flanked by the road. At the entrance, next to the gate, the floor is paved. In the area closest to the pool there is a barbecue area. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Cette maison a été récemment rénovée pour devenir un espace serein, spacieux, de circulation facile et baigné de lumière. L'orientation Est/Ouest a été soigneusement pensée, tout comme la disposition des zones de loisirs et privées, privilégiant le lien visuel avec l'extérieur. Nous ressentons rapidement de bonnes ondes, grace aux baies vitrées, laissant le jardin vert ou le bleu de la piscine envahir les tons neutres et relaxants de la décoration. Les actuels propriétaires ont vu tout le potentiel de cette Quinta en ville, l'espace, les beaux détails paysagers et ont fait briller toutes ses qualités, de manière simple et élégante. En entrant dans la maison, nous sommes accueillis par un salon spacieux et lumineux, agrémenté au-dessus de la zone de la salle à manger, d'une mezzanine discrète mais chaleureuse . Cet espace nous conduit au salon et la cuisine, se dévoilant aprés de larges portes, pouvant être fermées. Tous les espaces sont interconnectés de manière fonctionnelle mais en même temps distincts par des différences de niveau. Dans la cuisine, nous accédons à un garde-manger et à une pièce vitrée, avec vue sur le jardin, qui peut servir de chambre supplémentaire. Dans le salon, entourée de grandes baies vitrées, la cheminée réchauffe l'espace. D'ici, nous accédons à l'extérieur et à la piscine, par les portes vitrées. À l'intérieur de la maison, nous avons une aile avec les 3 chambres, dont une suite. Une salle de bain dessert les 2 autres chambres. Toutes ont des placards. Et toutes ont des portes donnant sur le jardin, ce qui les rend particulièrement relaxantes et réhausse leur charme. Le couloir, dans l'aile des chambres, est entièrement vitré, ce qui donne une sensation d'espace, avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle et une vue très agréable sur le jardin frontal. Le jardin entoure la maison et expose une grande variété de plantes autochtones, comme des palmiers et de grands cyprès stratégiquement plantés à la limite du jardin, bordé par la route. À l'entrée, près du portail, le sol est pavé. Près de la piscine, un espace barbecue accueillera vos invités. Foi recentemente remodelada para se tornar num espaço sereno, amplo, de fácil circulação, com muita luz. Projectada há alguns anos, a orientação Nascente/Poente foi mesmo pensada assim como a disposição das zonas de lazer e privadas e a ligação visual ao exterior. Sentimo-nos bem aqui, com as grandes janelas, algumas em vez de paredes, a deixarem o jardim verde ou o azul da piscina invadirem os tons neutros e relaxantes com que foi remodelada. Os actuais proprietários viram todo o potencial desta Quinta na cidade, o espaço, os bonitos detalhes paisagísticos e...fizeram-na brilhar. De forma simples e elegante. Ao entrar na casa temos muita luz e uma sala espaçosa com uma mezzanine discreta mas que aquece o ambiente sobre a zona mesa de refeições. Esta zona funde-se com a sala de estar e com a cozinha se as portas largas da mesma estiverem abertas. Todos os espaços se interligam de forma orgânica mas em simultâneo destacados por desníveis. Na cozinha acedemos a uma dispensa e a uma divisão envidraçada, vista jardim, que poderá funcionar como quarto extra. Na zona da sala de estar, rodeada por enormes vidraças, a salamandra aquece o espaço. É por aqui, pelas portas de vidro, que vamos para o exterior e piscina. Ainda dentro da casa existe então uma ala com os 3 quartos, um deles em suite. Uma casa-de-banho assiste os outros 2 quartos. Todos eles têm roupeiros. E todos têm portas para o jardim o que os torna mais relaxantes e charmosos. Na ala dos quartos o corredor é todo envidraçado o que nos dá uma sensação de espaço, imensa luz natural e uma vista muito agradável para o jardim frontal. O jardim circunda a casa. Tem as mais variadas plantas autóctones, palmeiras e grandes ciprestes que estão estrategicamente plantados no limite do jardim que está ladeado pela estrada.
