Amiamo la tranquillità della posizione, e che, anche se è rurale, è facilmente raggiungibile da Garstang per i servizi quotidiani, ma anche un piacevole viaggio in auto per il Lake District per le gite fuori.

L'alloggio al piano terra ha un ampio corridoio, due sale di ricevimento, una cucina da pranzo a pianta aperta e un comodo guardaroba. Il confortevole salotto ha un camino rivestito in legno fatto a mano con bruciatore a legna bianco seduto su un focolare in ardesia, le finestre a doppio aspetto rendono la stanza luminosa e ariosa. La seconda sala di ricevimento è attualmente utilizzata come sala giochi e ha una griglia originale e un caminetto, se ti piace intrattenere questa sarebbe una superba sala da pranzo, un ottimo posto per invitare gli amici per il pranzo della domenica. L'ampia cucina da pranzo è dotata di una gamma di unità bianche lucide eleganti, eleganti e contemporanee con elettrodomestici integrati e piani di lavoro compositi complementari, una deliziosa stanza con vista sul giardino posteriore. Con accesso diretto alla terrazza posteriore, è perfetto per intrattenere in una serata estiva.
Salendo al primo piano e il pianerottolo è arioso con spazio per una piccola area salotto; Un delizioso angolo lettura o un posto dove recuperare le tue e-mail su una comoda poltrona. Fuori dal pianerottolo ci sono quattro camere matrimoniali, ognuna delle quali gode di vista sul delizioso paesaggio circostante. La camera da letto principale è spaziosa e dispone di un bagno con doccia privato in tre pezzi. Il moderno bagno di famiglia ha anche una suite in tre pezzi con gabinetto, lavabo e vasca con doccia.
