Costa de Caparica is located at 20min from the city centre of Lisbon. There you find 35km of fine sand beach in the middle of a Natural Reserve.

This beach club is in the middle of the dunes and is one of the first restaurant and private beach from Costa de Caparica (10min. walking distance)

The Restaurant has 2 floors(2x120m2) and is the only one, on the whole coast,to have a Rooftop. The building is not in wood or tent but mainly in concrete. A new electricity line has been put in place to be able to be in tri-phase (avoiding the use of a generator) and the restaurant is linked to the communal wasted water.

Ground Floor:
The Ground Floor of the beach club has been refurbished entirely in 2020: Electricity, New kitchen (with new appliances 50% Electric and 50% GAZ), Bar and Take Away, 2 WC, Wooden Floors, Sliding Glass windows, Terrasse, Storage room, Decoration …
The indoor client space represents +/- 80 m2.
The Terrasse represents +/- 250m2.

1st Floor:
Then in 2021, the 1st floor has been refurbished creating a Bar-Lounge- Rooftop. The roof and Electricity have been completely changed at that time.
The indoor client space represents +/- 100m2 and the Roof Top +/- 50m2.
On the first floor, you will also find: 1st Aid Room, Storage, Cloakroom for employee, Office.

The Beach:
