You can't imagine a place like this behind the gates, a real change of scenery just a stone's throw from everything: the entrance to the town, the exit, access to the centre of Saint-Rémy on foot along the canal (30 mins), or by car in 5 mins. A must-see! Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Beau mas ayant préservé son caractère ancien, situé au sein d'un parc superbement planté : oliveraie, carrés de lavandes, écrin de cyprès et une longue tonnelle emplie de roses, glycines et iris... : la magie provençale. Le portail ouvre sur une belle oliveraie, tel un sas de décompression entre ville et massif des Alpilles. En suivant la belle allée, nous arrivons sur les espaces parkings, les deux garages et la maison de gardien. Cette dernière se compose d'une terrasse, d'un salon, cuisine, salle d'eau, wc et chambre. Une porte permet de la relier directement au mas via l'entrée. L'accès au mas se fait par un cheminement à part : l'ancien portail ouvre sur un très beau porche dévoilant la perspective du jardin. L'entrée du mas, telle un jardin d'hiver donne accès à la chaufferie et à l'espace cuisine/salle à manger, lui-même ouvert sur la terrasse, sa glycine, son jasmin et toujours le jardin en panorama. Suivent le salon et sa vaste cheminée, puis un espace télé, indépendant et toujours ouvert sur la terrasse plein sud. Au rez-de-jardin toujours : une suite avec salle d'eau, wc et buanderie.
