I opened the gate without waiting and came across a superb PERGOLA equipped WITH GARDEN FURNITURE and what can I say about this FLOWERED ALLEY in front of a WOODED PLOT and this barbecue / pizza oven!! And this nicely decorated well I walked a few more meters and there was a superb POOL perfectly EXPOSED. adjoining 1 week room I guessed from the door 1 GARAGE of approximately 27m2. I went around again, and I estimated the size of the PLOT at around 620 m2, a perfect compromise. between too much and not enough! on the GROUND FLOOR when opening the front door, I was amazed by the BRIGHTNESS of the OPEN AND EQUIPPED KITCHEN opening onto a LARGE LONG LIVING ROOM which really draws in the light; very nice LARGE SPACE for relaxation I thought! I continued down the corridor, with lots of storage space appearing and leading to 2 BEDROOMS in ABSOLUTE CALM and to the modern BATHROOM which had just been completely redesigned and REDONE using noble materials. I then discovered; a very RECENT HEAT PUMP (excellently heated) and a small bedroom/mini lounge on the east side overlooking the swimming pool I come out through this same room!! Oh yes, but it's true, there is also the APARTMENT on the FLOOR, completely INDEPENDENT, with its own entrance, but that REMAINS TO BE DISCOVERED!!! I noticed that significant recent insulation and cleaning work had just been carried out, there really is nothing left to do!!! apart from putting my things down and settling in! What's more, everything is within walking distance: shops, schools, transport, etc. There is no denying it: this residence DESERVES a SERIOUS VISIT with my loved ones. I am really curious to see WHAT COMES NEXT!!!! Il etait une fois le long d'un JOLI chemin et tout AU FOND d 'un hameau ,non seulement trés PROCHE des COMMERCES , des écoles, et de TOUTES les COMMODITES
se dressait devant mes yeux cette SUPERBE BASTIDE SUR 2 NIVEAUX !!! , j 'observais un ESCALIER INDEPENDANT DONNANT sur 1 GRANDE TERRASSE OUVERTE à l 'etage .
Je fus littéralement subjugué par le CALME et la QUIETUDE de cet endroit peu frequenté.
en définitive.
j'ouvris sans attendre le portail et je tombais sur une superbe PERGOLA équipée AVEC SALON DE JARDIN
et que dire concernant cette ALLEE FLEURIE devant 1 PARCELLE ARBOREE et ce barbecue / four à pizza!! Et ce puit joliment décoré
je marchais encore quelques metres et la se trouvait 1 superbe PISCINE parfaitement EXPOSEE . juxtaposant 1 semaine chambre
Je devinai au vu de la porte 1 GARAGE consequent d'environ 27m2 .
je refaisai le tour , et j 'estimais la grandeur de la PARCELLE autour des 620 m2 environ parfait compromis
entre trop et pas assez!
au REZ DE chaussée en ouvrant la porte d 'entrée , je fus emerveillé par cette LUMINOSITE de la CUISINE OUVERTE ET ÉQUIPÉE
donnant sur un VASTE SALON en LONGUEUR attirant vraiment la lumiere; très bel ESPACE CONSÉQUENT de détente pensais je !
je continuai par le couloir nombreux rangements apparaissant et qui menait sur 2 CHAMBRES au CALME ABSOLU et à LA SALLE de BAIN moderne venait d 'etre entierement repenséeet REFAITE par de nobles matériaux
je decouvrais ensuite ; une POMPE à CHALEUR trés RECENTE ( exellament,chauffée et une chambrette/mini salon côté est donnant sur la piscine
je ressortis par cette meme pièce!! ah oui mais c 'est vrai il y a également l ' APPARTEMENT à l 'ETAGE totalement INDEPENDANT1vec son entrée individuelle mais cela RESTE à DECOUVRIR !!!
je constatai que des travaux conséquents d isolation et de propreté récents venaient d ' être réalisés , il n y vraiment plus rien à faire!!! à part poser mes affaires et m'installer ! de plus tout est accessible à pied commerces , écoles , transports etc
il n y a pas à dire : cette demeure MERITE une SERIEUSE VISITE avec mes proches je suis vraiment curieux de voir LA SUITE!!!!
