The house features a private courtyard at the front, complete with two invaluable parking spaces. A staircase at the entrance leads to the first floor, where the first part of the accommodation comprises a large living room with kitchenette and dining area, a hallway, a large double bedroom, and an additional room currently used as a walk-in closet. At the front and back of the house are two habitable terraces with pleasant views. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where a beautiful furnished attic room with a bathroom can comfortably accommodate three more guests. From the courtyard, another entrance, also accessible by vehicle, leads to another large room (approximately 60 square meters) on the ground floor, complete with a bathroom and kitchenette. This room leads to both a large basement storage room and the private garden at the rear of the house. With two entrances, this part of the property can be used separately from the main residence. Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten Innenhof vorne mit zwei unschätzbaren Parkplätzen. Eine Treppe am Eingang führt in den ersten Stock, wo der erste Teil der Unterkunft ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische und Essbereich, einen Flur, ein großes Doppelschlafzimmer und ein zusätzliches Zimmer umfasst, das derzeit als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt wird. An der Vorder- und Rückseite des Hauses befinden sich zwei bewohnbare Terrassen mit angenehmer Aussicht. Eine innere Treppe führt ins Obergeschoss, wo ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Dachzimmer mit Badezimmer bequem drei weitere Gäste aufnehmen kann. Vom Innenhof aus führt ein weiterer Eingang, der ebenfalls mit dem Fahrzeug erreichbar ist, in einen weiteren großen Raum (etwa 60 Quadratmeter) im Erdgeschoss, ausgestattet mit Badezimmer und Kochnische. Dieser Raum führt sowohl zu einem großen Lagerraum im Keller als auch zum privaten Garten auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Mit zwei Eingängen kann dieser Teil des Grundstücks getrennt vom Hauptwohnhaus genutzt werden. Capo Testa, ein geschichtsreicher Ort, ist eine kleine Halbinsel, die nur 3 Kilometer von Santa Teresa di Gallura entfernt liegt, mit Blick auf die Straße von Bonifacio, und mit allen Dienstleistungen ausgestattet ist, darunter ein Minimarkt, ein Tabakgeschäft, eine Bar, einen Zeitungsladen und Restaurants.

- Parking A Capo Testa ed a soli pochi minuti a piedi da alcune tra le più belle spiagge della Gallura (Rena di Ponente, Cala Spinosa, zia Colomba, Colonne Romane ed altre) proponiamo una casa 'terra cielo' in contesto di villetta a schiera di generose dimensioni. La villetta dispone sul fronte di un cortile privato che consiste in due preziosissimi posto auto. Tramite una scala posta all'inizio dell'ingresso si sale al primo piano dove troviamo la prima parte dell'alloggio composta da ampia sala con angolo cottura e zona pranzo, disimpegno notte, grande camera matrimoniale ed un'ulteriore stanza utilizzata oggi coma cabina armadi. Sul fronte e sul retro della villetta vi sono due terrazze abitabili con affacci gradevoli. Salendo al piano superiore (tramite una scala interna) troviamo invece una bella mansarda arredata con bagno che ospita altri tre comodi posti letto. @Sempre dal cortile si accede (tramite un altro ingresso anche carrabile) ad un ulteriore ampio locale (di circa 60mq) al piano terra dotato di servizio ed angolo cottura. Da questo locale si accede sia ad un ampio magazzino al piano interrato che al giardino privato posto sul retro dell'abitazione. Essendoci due ingressi questa parte dell'immobile può essere utilizzata in modo svincolato dall'abitazione principale. Questa casa si presta sia per le vacanze estive che per essere abitata tutto l'anno, oppure anche per investimento vista l'ottima posizione e l'ascensore numero di posti letto disponibili può essere affittata dando un'ottima resa. Si trova in un luogo 'magico' a pochi minuti a piedi da Cala Spinosa e dalla spiaggia di zia Colomba, una lingua di sabbia bianca lunga 200mt contornata da un mare turchese e cristallino e dall''adiacente spiaggia delle colonne Romane dove sono ancora ben visibili i resti delle cave di granito romano. Infatti tutto il promontorio fu anticamente utilizzato dai Romani come cava di granito per la realizzazione delle opere dell'impero.
Capo Testa, luogo ricco si storia, è una piccola penisola situata a soli 3 chilometri da Santa Teresa di Gallura, si affaccia sulle bocche di Bonifacio, ed è dotata di tutti i servizi tra cui minimarket, tabaccheria, bar edicola e ristoranti.
