This option~o provides the best thermal and acoustic performance while ensuring the aesthetic and architectural coherence^ that was sought in this project.The main façade, facing west, is characterized by the high-relief ceramic^ tile cladding, with a traditional pattern~o and hand~painted, the jambs covered with pieces of yellow granite, and the cast iron balcony guards.The nobility of the chosen finishes is evident both in the common areas and in the private areas. An example of this is the choice of wainscoting, in the entrance hall of the building and stairwell, and of tall and worked skirting boards on the access landings to weak~es.Inside the apartments, the floor is made of multi-layered glued oak in the shape of a herringbone, air conditioning, water heated by solar panels and SMEG home appliances.On the rear façade and recessed, we opted for the use of pre-patinated zinc coating of quartz type, and lacquered aluminum frames with thermal cut and stop or oscillo-stop operation. Here, too, the solutions that guarantee the best thermal and acoustic performance have been chosen.In the vicinity you will also find gyms, bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds of utilities, public car parks, traditional markets and grocery stores, shopping centres and schools. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin T1 com Terrao com 48,3 m2E no numero 284 da Rua da Alegria, no Bonfim, que vai surgir um novo edificio, de construca~o absolutamente moderna, mas que faz uso de uma fachada tipica da arquitetura portuense do inicio do seculo XX.Por uma questa~o de coere^ncia arquitetonica e urbanistica, optou-se pela utilizaca~o de caixilharia de madeira (lacada e com funcionamento de batente ou oscilo-batente) na fachada principal (excepto recuado).Esta opca~o proporciona o melhor desempenho termico e acustico ao mesmo tempo que garante a coere^ncia estetica e arquitetonica que se procurou, neste projeto.A fachada principal, voltada a poente, caracteriza-se pelo revestimento em azulejo cera^mico de alto relevo, com padra~o tradicional e pintado a` ma~o, pelas ombreiras revestidas com pecas de granito amarelo, e pelas guardas das varandas em ferro fundido.A nobreza dos acabamentos escolhidos e patente tanto nas zonas comuns como nas zonas privadas. E exemplo disso a escolha de lambrins, no hall de entrada do predio e caixa de escadas, e de rodapes altos e trabalhados nos patamares de acesso a`s fraco~es.No interior dos apartamentos o pavimento e de multicamadas de carvalho colado em forma herringbone, Ar Condicionado, gua aquecida por paineis solaresa e electrodomsticos SMEG.Na fachada traseira e recuado, optamos, optamos pela utilizao de revestimento de zinco pr-patinado tipo quartz, e caixilharia de alumnio lacado com corte trmico e funcionamento batente ou oscilo-batente.
