Ovil pars environ 200 moutons, lieu de traite, zone de production de fromage, immense entrepôt, maisons à récupérer, autres espaces à récupérer. Villa de type manoir avec 4 chambres, salle de bains, salon, cuisine au 1er étage, et sur le RC immense cave à vin encore avec les éviers pour faire du vin. La source flanquée par la rivière Zêzere, au nord, par la Ribeira do Corge avec une abondance d’eau, la grande richesse de l’existence de deux barrages dans la Ribeira do Corge qui alimentent la majeure partie de la propriété par une irrigation par inondation. Elle dispose également d’une mine de plus de 300m qui alimente en eau potable les bâtiments, d’un puits de 8 m de diamètre et d’une profondeur au niveau de la nappe phréatique de la Zêzere. Herdade Agrícola in Quinta da Abadia, ein Bio-Anwesen von 49 Hektar, 5 Minuten von Covilhã und der A23 entfernt, mit asphaltiertem Zugang zur Eingangstür. Ovil pars ca. 200 Schafe, Melkplatz, Käseherstellungsbereich, riesiges Lagerhaus, Häuser zum Erholen, andere Räume zum Erholen. Herrenhaus-Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche im 1. Stock und auf dem RC riesigen Weinkeller noch mit den Waschbecken zur Weinherstellung.
