1) it is allowed to locate a maximum of one detached single-family residential building and one garage and utility building on each plot;
2) building lines not to be crossed in accordance with the plan drawing;
3) maximum building area - 35% of the plot area;
4) minimum biologically active area - 50% of the plot area;
5) the minimum number of parking spaces in accordance with § 18 point 8;
6) parameters of the designed development:
a) it is allowed to extend, superstructure and renovate existing buildings provided that the provisions of this resolution are maintained,
b) maximum height of residential buildings – no more than 10.0 m is allowed, including one underground storey and two above-ground storeys,
c) maximum height of garage and utility buildings – no more than 6.0 m is allowed,
d) it is allowed to locate a garage and utility building as a free-standing building, blocked with a residential building or as a garage and utility room built into a residential building,
e) sloping roofs with a slope of 30 to 45 degrees,
f) permissible slope angles of roof slopes do not apply to dormers, skylights, roofs of entrances to buildings and terraces,
g) the order to use the covering in warm and dark colours - in brown or red colours,
h) roofs of the garage and utility building adapted to the roof of the residential building.

5) minimalna liczba miejsc parkingowych zgodnie z § 18 pkt 8;
6) parametry projektowanej zabudowy:
a) dopuszcza się rozbudowę, nadbudowę i remonty istniejących budynków pod warunkiem zachowania ustaleń niniejszej uchwały,
b) maksymalna wysokość zabudowy budynków mieszkalnych - dopuszcza się nie więcej niż 10,0 m w tym jedną kondygnację podziemną i dwie nadziemne,
c) maksymalna wysokość zabudowy budynków garażowo-gospodarczych - dopuszcza się nie więcej niż 6,0 m,
d) dopuszcza się lokalizację budynku garażowo-gospodarczego jako obiektu wolnostojącego, zblokowanego z budynkiem mieszkalnym lub jako pomieszczenia garażowo-gospodarczego wbudowanego w budynek mieszkalny,
e) dachy skośne o nachyleniu połaci od 30 do 45 stopni,
f) dopuszczalne kąty spadku połaci dachowych nie dotyczą lukarn, świetlików, zadaszeń wejść do budynków i tarasów,
g) nakaz stosowania pokrycia w barwach ciepłych i ciemnych - w kolorach brązu lub czerwieni,
h) dachy budynku garażowo-gospodarczego dostosowane do dachu budynku mieszkalnego.
