We loved its modern exterior half-timbering, its exposed beams, the wood insert, the beautiful old barn built in adobe, elements that have left this house its Authentic Charm, as well as its practicality and comfort for everyday life.
This house is ideal for a first purchase of a small family with children (3 bedrooms), or for a senior couple: bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, garden with little maintenance.
La Jolie Maison de Campagne: With a surface area of 132m2, this country house is completely renovated. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a central wood burning insert, with a lounge area in a bright veranda, a dining area, and a small and very functional kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (in briare enamels), a separate toilet and a laundry/pantry. Upstairs, which is accessed by a wooden staircase, we find a landing large enough to be converted into an office, two bedrooms, a large bathroom with Kinedo whirlpool bath, washbasin, toilet.
