Αυθεντικός παραδοσιακός μανιάτικος πύργος 1869. Ο πύργος έχει τρία επίπεδα. Είναι στατικά τέλειο (χωρίς σχισμές, ανοίγματα και ρωγμές) Ωστόσο, το κτίριο χρειάζεται κάποια επισκευή όπως πόρτες και παράθυρα και δάπεδα. Το υπάρχον κέλυφος αποτελεί τεκμήριο τόσο λαογραφικής παράδοσης όσο και οικοδομικής τεχνικής και τεχνολογίας. Μια παράδοση που μας διδάσκει τεχνικές σε αρμονία με τον τόπο, τις κλιματολογικές συνθήκες και τη γνώση των παραδοσιακών μαστόρων. Δίπλα στον Πύργο υπάρχει ένα ερειπωμένο κτίριο 70 τετραγωνικών μέτρων και πέντε στρέμματα ελαιόδεντρα.
