Gleich beim Eingang des Hauses finden Sie eine wunderschöne Veranda, welche ausgestattet mit Tisch und Sessel dazu einladen gemeinsam zu Mittag oder Abend zu essen. 2 Lehnstühle sorgen dafür, dass eine Tasse Café bei interessanter Lektüre zu einem wahren Genusserlebnis wird. Auf der Rückseite des Chalet und an den Seiten entlang befindet sich eine künstlich angelegte Grünfläche auf der sich vor allem die Kleinen der Familie mit Freude austoben werden, während die Erwachsenen daneben in eines der gemütlichen Sofas oder Armsessel Platz nehmen können um bei Einbruch der Dämmerung einen erfrischenden Cocktail zu genießen.Und was gibt es wohl Besseres als danach direkt den Grill anzumachen und sich gemeinsam mit der Familie ein herrliches Barbecue schmecken zu lassen.Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung zur Nachbarschaft. Das zweistöckige Haus klassischen Stils ist mit sämtlichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet um Ihren Aufenthalt so perfekt wie möglich zu gestalten. Der groß angelegte Wohnbereich von welchem man direkt von der Veranda aus gelangt, bietet bis zu 6 Personen am Esstisch Platz und verfügt zudem über 1 Sofa, Satellitenfernsehen und kalte Klimaanlage. Anschließend daran befinden sich die Küche mit Gasofen und Geschirrspüler sowie ein kleiner Tisch, welcher als zusätzliche Arbeitsfläche genutzt werden kann. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügelbrett sowie ein Bügeleisen. Das Chalet verfügt über insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, von denen sich eines davon im ersten Stock befindet und mit einem Einzelbett, kalte Klimaanlage und Kommode ausgestattet ist. Auf diesem Stockwerk gibt es außerdem ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. In der oberen Etage befinden sich die anderen 2 Schlafräume. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit Kleiderschrank, kalte Klimaanlage, Bad en-suite mit Badewanne sowie einen Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, eine Kommode und ein Kleiderständer befinden. Überdies gibt es auf dieser Wohnebene noch ein weiteres separates Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Wenn Sie mit einem Kleinkind anreisen, stellen wir Ihnen selbstverständlich gerne einen Hochstuhl sowie ein Babybett zur Verfügung. Das Haus verfügt über eine Gaszentralheizung. Puerto de Alcudia ist der perfekte Ferienort um mit der Familie Urlaub zu machen. Der Ort ist auf sämtliche Bedürfnisse eingestellt und ermöglicht so einen unabhängigen Ferienaufenthalt. Puerto de Alcúdia est une destination de vacances idéale pour voyager en famille. Il dispose de tous les services nécessaires pour un séjour indépendant.
