Im Kellergeschoss, ein Doppelzimmer, ein Spielzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte, ein viertes Bad und eine abgeschlossene Garage für zwei Fahrzeuge. Grosser Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, SAT-TV. Hier kan je onder andere terecht voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. Het Gardameer is ook op loopafstand vanaf de residentie, hier kan je een heerlijke duik nemen. Als je liever wat van de cultuur van Italië wilt zien kan je onder andere naar Venetië. Bezoek hier vooral San Marcoplein. Een stad die ook heel mooi is, maar iets dichter bij, is Verona. Deze stad van de liefde is maar een half uurtje rijden. Er zijn leuke terrasjes op de pleinen, kijk eens bij Piazza delle Erbe!
