This stately, detached and restyled villa is located at Cape Helius Holiday Park, 2 km. from the center of the fortified town of Hellevoetsluis and only about 6 km. from the first North Sea beach. There is a spacious living room and a fully equipped open kitchen including a dishwasher and combination microwave. There is one double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. There is a separate toilet in the hall. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor; one double bedroom and two 3-person bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms, one of which with a shower and bathtub and one with a shower and a traditional sauna. Here you can really relax. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. Outside, you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including two sun loungers. There is parking for two cars near the villa. There are various villas and apartments for rent at Cape Helius Holiday Park for four to fourteen people. Note: Balconies are temporarily closed due to the maintenance.

Diese stattliche, freistehende und renovierte Villa befindet sich im Ferienpark Cape Helius, 2 km vom Zentrum der Festungsstadt Hellevoetsluis und nur ca. 6 km vom ersten Nordseestrand entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Kombi-Mikrowelle. Es gibt ein Doppelzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Im Flur befindet sich ein separates WC. Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer: ein Doppelzimmer und zwei Dreibettzimmer. Außerdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und Badewanne und eines mit Dusche und traditioneller Sauna. Hier können Sie richtig entspannen. Alle Betten sind Einzelbetten bzw. Boxspringbetten, auch in Doppelbelegung. Draußen erwartet Sie ein Garten mit Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln, darunter zwei Sonnenliegen. In der Nähe der Villa gibt es Parkplätze für zwei Autos.
