Inserita nel centro storico della ridente Terrasini, città di mare e di indimenticabili tramonti, si trova una deliziosa dimora pennellata di bianco e di blu, i colori che caratterizzano l’architettura mediterranea. L’appartamento all’interno di una palazzina nobiliare ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno, zona conversazione, due camere da letto, di cui una camera matrimoniale e una doppia entrambe con bagni in camera. Nell’ampio open space troviamo la cucina, la zona pranzo e un angolo conversazione caratterizzato dal camino che rende l’ambiente caldo e intimo allo stesso tempo. L’arredamento è curatissimo e gli oggetti di design, sapientemente posizionati, rendono gli ambienti eleganti e raffinati. La casa è impreziosita da due bellissime terrazze, due affacci diametralmente opposti che permettono di godere da un versante il verde della campagna e degli agrumeti del giardino sottostante, mentre dall’altro lato l’appartamento si affaccia sul centro storico ma in realtà lo sguardo si posa sull’azzurro del mare di cui la casa ha la vista.
