This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms, is well-decorated and perfect for families and friends, who are searching for something special. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (1.80 x 2 meters), a dressing room and a 23 m2 terrace with lovely garden views. It is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has pool views and a double bed. The other one, with garden views, offers two twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with a fan. The bright sitting-dining room is nicely decorated with unique pieces made of marble and sculptures made of stones from the Tramuntana Mountains. Furthermore, there are comfortable sofas, a huge dining table for up to 16 people, a fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. In addition to the sitting -dining room, there is another dining room next to the kitchen and a second living room. The house has two bathrooms with bathtub and bidet, one on each floor. The kitchen has access to the garden and is well-equipped. The house features the little appliances that make a stay away from home a little more comfortable like dishwasher, gas stove, blender, iron, washing machine etc. The exteriors of the house are as well a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: make a BBQ with friends, swim in the pool, bask in the sun or play with your kids in the huge garden (200 m2 lawn). The terrace is a nice place to have dinner or lunch together, as it is fitted with 14 chairs and a big table. In the garden are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun shades and a fish tank with a small waterfall. The 30 m2 pool (chlorine) is a real jewel! There is also a kids pool with a depth of 0.45 meters. There's one exterior shower bathroom. The house is close to the centre of Inca, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holiday: local market, surgery, hospital, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). It is very interesting to visit the three gothic style churches in Inca, “San Bartolomé” monastery and the chapel of “Santa Magdalena” at the top of a hill. “Plaza del Àngel” is a bar area to enjoy nightlife in Mallorca. Alcudia Bay is just 30 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset. Das 349 m2 große, zweistöckige Haus bietet 4 behagliche Schlafzimmer. Das grösste Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,80 x 2 Meter) in der 1. Etage verfügt über einen privaten, 23 m2 großen Balkon. Hier können Sie bei einem Gläschen Wein den Alltag vergessen. Das kleine, runde Fenster kann bei Bedarf geschlossen werden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock ist mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Die Bettenaufteilung der restlichen Schlafräume im Erdgeschoss ist folgende: eines mit Ehebett und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten. Das geräumige Wohn- Esszimmer wurde mit liebevollen Details dekoriert, wie z.B. Figuren aus Steinen des Tramuntanagbirges. Am Esstisch finden bis zu 16 Personen Platz. Vom Wohn- Esszimmer aus gelangen Sie ins zweite Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Kamin und von dort aus zum zweiten Esszimmer und zur Küche. Cuenta con cuatro amplias habitaciones, dos de ellas se encuentran en la primera planta mientras que las otras dos están en la planta baja de la vivienda. La habitación principal amplia con la terraza privada de 23 m2, es espectacular. En la terraza podréis tomas una copita de vino o champagne mientras contempláis el precioso jardín. El cuarto tiene una cama grande de 1.80 x 2.00 m, un vestidor y un 'ojo de buey', un punto de luz, que da a la habitación una armonía especial. El ojo de buey se puede tapar para que el sol no moleste por la mañana. La segunda habitación, también muy amplia, cuenta con dos camas individuales. La tercera y cuarta habitación se encuentran en la planta baja de la casa. Una de ellas, con vistas a la piscina, cuenta con una cama doble de 1.80 x 2.00 m. El otro cuarto cuenta con dos camas individuales. Los cuatro dormitorios están equipados con ventilador. Todas y cada una de las partes de esta casa tiene un detalle especial. Tiene un salón-comedor decorado de piezas únicas de mármol y figuras talladas a mano de piedras de la Sierra de Tramuntana, en él hay una gran mesa para hasta 16 personas (la mesa se puede alargar, es muy fácil de usarla) y también dos cómodos sofás. Aparte, hay otro salón con chimenea y televisión de satélite y un comedor al lado de la cocina con acceso directo al jardín, ambos independientes. La cocina, totalmente equipada, cuenta con todo lo necesario para que podáis cocinar tranquilamente unas buenas comidas mediterráneas; batidora, tostadora, exprimidor, hervidor de agua, lavavajillas, cafetera, cocina de gas, horno eléctrico, cubertería, utensilios de cocina y nevera con congelador. Evidentemente también hay lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. La cas dispone de dos baños con bañera y bidé, uno en la planta baja y el segundo en la primera planta. Los exteriores de la casa son fenomenales. La terraza de la planta baja con porche y más de 200m2 de césped cuenta con dos mesas y hasta 14 sillas para que podáis organizar vuestras comidas y cenas de verano entre amigos y familia. Hay una barbacoa que invita a hacer un buen asado. En el césped que rodea la espectacular piscina, hay 6 hamacas y 2 sombrillas con 3 sillones para que podáis disfrutar de tomar el sol o echaros una buena siesta. En el jardín hay un estanque con peces y una cascada de agua que se pone en marcha de manera automática para que mientras cenáis podáis relajaros oyendo en sonido del agua como cae entre piedras autenticas de mar. La espectacular piscina de más de 30m2 cuenta con chorros de agua, bancos para relajaros, también hay una parte de la piscina que sólo tiene una profundidad de 0.45 para que pueda disfrutar de jugar con sus hijos sin preocuparos por la profundidad. Hay un baño exterior con ducha. El área de Inca, está en el centro de Mallorca y es conocida por su fabricación de prendas de piel. A tan solo 20 minutos en coche estarás en las playas del Puerto de Alcúdia. Te encuentras en el centro de todo. A tan solo 1.3km estarás en una gran calle peatonal y comercial del centro de Inca donde podrás encontrar desde tiendas tradicionales de productos típicos, hasta tiendas de marcas muy conocidas.
