Well located cottage only approx. 200 meters from the Limfjord with child-friendly beach and large playground / ball field with plenty of space to frolic on a hot summer day. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is table football, darts, PlayStation 3 with accompanying games and outdoor football goals. For the little ones there are swings, sandpit and play tower. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has a flat screen TV with both German and Danish, DVD player, radio and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hobs, oven with grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, extractor hood and microwave. There are three bedrooms. Bright bathroom with bathing area, shower and underfloor heating. There is a washing machine and a high chair for the little ones. The house has several continuous terraces, some of which are covered with garden furniture, gas grill and solar carts, where dinner can be enjoyed while the sun goes down over the area. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Casa de campo bien ubicada a solo aprox. A 200 metros del Limfjord con una playa para niños y un gran parque infantil / campo de pelota con mucho espacio para divertirse en un caluroso día de verano. Pour les plus petits, il y a des balançoires, un bac à sable et une tour de jeux. Le chalet est pratiquement meublé avec un salon/cuisine combiné. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec allemand et danois, lecteur DVD, radio et Internet gratuit. Il y a un poêle à bois pour une fraîche soirée d'été ou une soirée d'automne avec de la pluie et des débris. La cuisine a i.a. plaques vitrocéramiques, four avec grill, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, hotte aspirante et micro-ondes. Il y a trois chambres. Il cottage è praticamente arredato con un ambiente adibito a soggiorno/cucina. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto con tedesco e danese, lettore DVD, radio e connessione internet gratuita. C'è una stufa a legna per una fresca serata estiva o una serata autunnale con pioggia e detriti. La cucina ha i.a. piastre in vetroceramica, forno con grill, lavastoviglie, frigo/freezer, cappa aspirante e microonde. Ci sono tre camere da letto. Bagno luminoso con ambiente balneare, doccia e riscaldamento a pavimento. C'è una lavatrice e un seggiolone per i più piccoli. Zajęcia w domu dają możliwość wielogodzinnej rozrywki zarówno dzieciom jak i dorosłym. Jest piłkarzyki, rzutki, PlayStation 3 z towarzyszącymi grami oraz bramki do piłki nożnej na świeżym powietrzu. Na najmłodszych czekają huśtawki, piaskownica i wieża zabaw. Domek jest praktycznie umeblowany z połączonym salonem/kuchnią.
