In the attractive nature and holiday area Bratten Strand is this holiday home, which offers lots of charm and cosiness. The cottage is well maintained with a sloping ceiling, nice wide patio door from the living room, from where you go out on a covered terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun. Around the house there is an open terrace with a canopy, where you can stay until the evening sun goes down. There is a swing in the garden. The cottage is furnished with two good bedrooms, spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, open kitchen with dining area and living room with wood stove and heat pump. The house is located at the end of a closed road, on a natural plot with trees with the opportunity to experience the rich bird and animal life with deer, squirrels and hares from the front row. The very child-friendly sandy beach with wheelchair access is close to the house. There is a summer grocery store and café, where there is a playground with i.a. swings and trampolines. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Il cottage è arredato con due buone camere da letto, ampio bagno con riscaldamento a pavimento, cucina aperta con zona pranzo e soggiorno con stufa a legna e pompa di calore.
