Welcome to a delightful holiday home, located by lake Vättern, in Västergötland. This charming house is as charming on the inside as it is on the outside, and is set on a forest plot of 2000 square metres. It consists of a basement, a ground floor, and an upper floor. The ground floor features a hall, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with underfloor heating, a biological toilet (an earth closet from 2018), a washbasin, and a washing machine. The shower and the sauna are in the basement. In the basement you'll also find a second living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen features the necessary amenities, and the living room features a sofa bed for two, a stove, a TV, and a DVD-player. The upper floor features two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and an extra bed. the owner has a high concern for the environment and asks that the guests share this approach. Please note: The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. The town of Karlsborg is close and offers shops and culture. The national park of Tiveden is a must-see, as are the red water lilies of Fagertärn, and the castle Stjernsunds Slott. Tiveden is only a 25-minute drive away. Hova arranges a medieval market, with jousting, one week a year, which you might be able to catch. Örebro is a good destination for a day trip, it takes about 1 hour and 25 minutes to drive there. The city centre of Örebro was voted the most beautiful in Sweden in 2015. Don't miss the marvellous castle from the 1300's when you are there! Other fun activities in Örebro include a guided “ghost walk”. The largest waterpark in Sweden is situated in Gustavsvik, and is also worth a visit. Schön abgeschieden und für sich steht mitten im Grünen und gut geschützt dieses traditionelle, rot-weiße Ferienhaus. Es wurde liebevoll und mit persönlichem Charme eingerichtet. Das gemütliche Ferienhaus liegt sowohl nahe eines Nationalparks als auch unweit des Ortes Karlsborg. Es hat drei Etagen und ist mit zahlreichen persönlichen Einrichtungsdetails ausgeschmückt. Zwei funktionierende Kachelöfen sorgen auch an kühleren Tagen für wohlige Wärme im Haus. Die Ausstattung ist zeitgemäß, das Fassungsvermögen des Warmwasserboilers jedoch begrenzt. Das Haus hat einen tiefen, 2018 gebohrten Brunnen. Biotoilette (von 2018) im Haus. Außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage, eines mit Doppel-, das zweite mit Einzelbett. Im der unteren Etage steht im Wohnbereich zudem eine Schlafcouch bereit. Außerdem sind in der Kelleretage auch ein Duschbad und eine Sauna für max. 3 Personen untergebracht. Das Haus eignet sich für max. 4 Personen. Das Haus wird nicht an Jugendgruppen vermietet. Der Hauseigentümer ist umweltbewusst eingestellt und wünscht sich ein entsprechendes Verhalten von seinen Mietern. Es gibt vor Ort einen Komposthaufen und der Hausmüll wird getrennt. Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem Waldgrundstück im Grünen. Hier weckt Sie morgens höchstens das Vogelgezwitscher aus dem nahen Wald. Ab und an kann auch ein scheues Reh oder ein Elch am Haus vorbeischauen. Die Einkaufsläden und sonstigen Angebote in Karlsborg erreicht man nach nur wenigen Minuten Anfahrt. Der Tiveden Nationalpark und der Badesee Bocksjön liegen ebenso in Reichweite wie etwas weiter der Göte Kanal und der See Vättern. Ausflugsboote befahren im Sommer den Kanal ab Karlsborg. Deux poêles en faïence fonctionnels diffusent chaleur et confort après une journée d'exploration ou de baignade et de pêche. Commodités générales et & quot; entièrement moderne & quot; mais avec chauffe-eau et separett de 2018 à l'intérieur. La maison possède un puits foré profond de 2018. Le propriétaire a installé un nouveau chauffe-eau et thermopompe en 2021. Deux belles chambres dont une avec un lit double et l'autre avec un lit simple. En bas se trouve la salle de loisirs avec un canapé-lit. Il y a une douche et un sauna pouvant accueillir 3 personnes. Le propriétaire se soucie des valeurs élevées de la nature et souhaite que les clients les protègent et aient une approche respectueuse de l'environnement. Il y a un compost pour les ordures ménagères et des poubelles pour le tri à la source. Vous atteignez Karlsborg avec ses commerces, sa vie culturelle riche et ses écluses en quelques minutes et pourtant ce n'est que le chant des oiseaux que vous vous réveillez dans cette maison décorée personnellement qui est librement dans l'environnement forestier. La casa è su tre piani e ha molti dettagli emozionanti all'interno. Due stufe in maiolica funzionanti diffondono calore e intimità dopo una giornata di esplorazione o di nuoto e pesca. Servizi generali e & quot; completamente moderno & quot; ma con scaldabagno e separatore del 2018 al chiuso. La casa ha un pozzo profondo del 2018. Il proprietario ha installato un nuovo scaldabagno e una pompa di calore nel 2021. Due belle camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con letto singolo. Al piano inferiore si trova la sala ricreativa con un divano letto. C'è una doccia e una sauna che può ospitare 3 persone.
