Holiday home located at the end of a closed road with direct access to the path system which i.a. leads to the beach. Via the entrance there is access to the room and one of the house's bathrooms. From here you enter the kitchen / living room / living room, which is a large corner room with very good space. There is a dining area and spacious kitchen with all amenities. Living room with sofas and TV, from which there is access to the house's second room. From the kitchen / family room there is a small hallway to the parent department, which consists of a bathroom and large bright bedroom with direct access to the garden. Around the house there are several terraces and a large, enclosed garden. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse. Vom Grundstück aus erreichen Sie über kleine Wege und Trampelpfade auch das nächstgelegene Strandufer. Im Haus gibt es einen offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich, der über Eck angelegt ist und viel Platz für das Familienleben bietet. Dazu gehört auch ein Essbereich und eine geräumige Küche mit moderner Ausstattung. Im Wohnbereich stehen Sitzgelegenheiten, WLAN und TV bereit, zudem habe Sie von hier aus Zugang zu einem Schlafzimmer des Hauses. Vom Küchen-/Essbereich hat man Zutritt zum Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Ausgang ins Freie. Außerdem drittes Schlafzimmer und zweites Bad vorne im Eingangsbereich. Ringsum das Ferienhaus stehen mehrere Terrassenflächen sowie ein großes, umzäuntes Rasengrundstück zur Verfügung. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Casa de vacaciones ubicada al final de un camino cerrado con acceso directo al sistema de caminos que i.a. conduce a la playa. A través de la entrada se accede a la habitación y al baño de la casa. Desde aquí se ingresa a la cocina / sala de estar / sala de estar, que es una gran sala de esquina con muy buen espacio. Hay un comedor y una amplia cocina con todas las comodidades.
