In this holiday home, which has been partially renovated and rebuilt in 2019/2020, there is a plan for relaxation and cosiness in close interaction with nature. The house is well located on the slightly hilly natural plot, and the house's three terraces invite to outdoor life, whether it is shelter, shade or sun, you are looking for. On the plot there is a small lake / water hole that atmospherically contributes to the coziness. There is also a swing for the little ones. The house is well furnished with kitchen, dining and living room in open connection and with a nice view of the surroundings. From the largest of the rooms on the 1st floor there is in clear weather a nice view to the sea out on the horizon. There is free Wi-Fi, cable TV and Chromecast. You can park directly by the house. The house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das zugehörige, leicht hügelige Naturgrundstück bietet drei verschiedene Terrassenflächen, die je nach Wetterlage z.B. Schutz vor Sonne oder Wind bieten können. Außerdem findet man eine offene Holzterrasse für Sonnentage am Haus. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es auch einen kleineren Teich, bitte achten Sie deshalb besonders auf Kleinkinder, für die eine Schaukel bereitsteht. Das Ferienhaus ist ansprechend eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben, inklusive schönem Ausblick und gemütlichem Kaminofen für die kühlere Jahreszeit. Vom größten der Zimmer oben im Dachgeschoss genießt man bei klarem Wetter schönen Ausblick bis zum Meer am Horizont. En esta casa de vacaciones, que ha sido parcialmente renovada y reconstruida en 2019/2020, hay un plan de relajación y comodidad en estrecha interacción con la naturaleza. La casa está bien ubicada en la parcela natural ligeramente montañosa, y las tres terrazas de la casa invitan a la vida al aire libre, ya sea refugio, sombra o sol, lo que está buscando. Dans cette maison de vacances partiellement rénovée et reconstruite en 2019/2020, il y a un projet de détente et de convivialité en étroite interaction avec la nature. La maison est bien située sur la parcelle naturelle légèrement vallonnée, et les trois terrasses de la maison invitent à la vie en plein air, que ce soit l'abri, l'ombre ou le soleil que vous recherchez. Sur le terrain, il y a un petit lac / trou d'eau qui contribue au confort atmosphérique. Il y a aussi une balançoire pour les plus petits. La maison est bien meublée avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon en communication ouverte et avec une belle vue sur les environs. De la plus grande des chambres du 1er étage, il y a par temps clair une belle vue sur la mer à l'horizon. Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision par câble et un Chromecast. La casa è ben posizionata sul terreno naturale leggermente collinare, e le tre terrazze della casa invitano alla vita all'aria aperta, che si tratti di riparo, ombra o sole, che stai cercando. Sulla trama c'è un piccolo lago / pozza d'acqua che contribuisce atmosfericamente all'intimità. C'è anche un'altalena per i più piccoli.
