Bright cottage with whirlpool and sauna located in the cozy and well-kept Rørvig Park with large communal pool, tennis court, petanque, basketball net, swings, green areas and about 20 minutes walk to one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. On the ground floor there is access from the dining room and living room to the terrace, green common areas and views to the pool. The cottage has two bathrooms, one on each floor. The large bathroom on the 1st floor contains both a whirlpool and a sauna. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Im Parterre des Reihenhauses haben Sie vom offenen Ess-/Wohnbereich Zugang zur Terrasse sowie zu den gemeinschaftlichen Grünflächen mit Blick zum Pool. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eines auf jeder Etage. Oben im größeren Bad sind auch Whirlpool und Sauna untergebracht. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Cabaña luminosa con hidromasaje y sauna ubicada en el acogedor y cuidado parque Rørvig con gran piscina comunitaria, cancha de tenis, petanca, canasta de baloncesto, columpios, áreas verdes y a unos 20 minutos a pie de una de las mejores playas de arena de Dinamarca. En la planta baja se accede desde el comedor y salón a la terraza, zonas verdes comunes y vistas a la piscina. La cabaña tiene dos baños, uno en cada piso. El gran baño en el 1er piso contiene una bañera de hidromasaje y una sauna. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes. Es posible que se le cobre un depósito reembolsable cerca de la fecha de entrada. Este depósito cubre el consumo de suministros durante su estancia y cualquier servicio adicional que pueda utilizar. El importe final se ajustará en función de las lecturas reales del contador, el uso real de servicios adicionales y cualquier saldo restante se reembolsará en un plazo de 21 días tras la salida.
Cottage lumineux avec bain à remous et sauna situé dans le parc Rørvig confortable et bien entretenu avec grande piscine commune, court de tennis, terrain de pétanque, filet de basket, balançoires, espaces verts et à environ 20 minutes à pied de l'une des meilleures plages de sable du Danemark. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un accès depuis la salle à manger et le salon à la terrasse, aux espaces communs verts et à la vue sur la piscine. Le chalet dispose de deux salles de bain, une à chaque étage. La grande salle de bain au 1er étage contient à la fois un bain à remous et un sauna. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés. Le montant final sera ajusté en fonction des relevés de compteurs réels, de l’utilisation effective des services supplémentaires, et tout solde restant sera remboursé dans un délai de 21 jours après le départ.

Al piano terra si accede dalla sala da pranzo e soggiorno alla terrazza, alle aree verdi comuni e alla vista sulla piscina. Il cottage dispone di due bagni, uno per piano. L'ampio bagno al 1° piano contiene sia una vasca idromassaggio che una sauna. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani. Un deposito rimborsabile potrebbe essere addebitato in prossimità della data di check-in. Questo deposito copre i costi dei consumi durante il soggiorno e di eventuali servizi aggiuntivi utilizzati. L’importo finale sarà adeguato in base alle letture effettive dei contatori, all’utilizzo reale dei servizi extra, e l’eventuale saldo residuo verrà rimborsato entro 21 giorni dalla partenza.

Na parterze jest wyjście z jadalni i salonu na taras, zielone części wspólne oraz widok na basen. Domek posiada dwie łazienki, po jednej na każdym piętrze. W dużej łazience na pierwszym piętrze znajduje się jacuzzi i sauna. Nie do wynajęcia dla grup młodzieżowych. Zbliżając się do daty zameldowania, może zostać naliczona zwrotna kaucja. Kaucja ta obejmuje zużycie mediów podczas pobytu oraz ewentualne dodatkowe usługi. Ostateczna kwota zostanie skorygowana na podstawie rzeczywistych odczytów liczników, faktycznego wykorzystania usług dodatkowych, a wszelkie pozostałe środki zostaną zwrócone w ciągu 21 dni po wymeldowaniu.
