Holiday home with a magnificent location and panoramic views of the sea and bay at Sjelborg. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, kitchen / family room with everything in white goods and a centrally located wood stove. Living room with sofa, chairs, TV and heat pump, a double bedroom and direct access to bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, sink, toilet and closet space. In addition, there is access from the kitchen / family room to the guest toilet. There are wooden floors with underfloor heating throughout and from both the kitchen and living room there is a super view to the beach. In the basement there is a room with a double bed, entrance hall and guest toilet with washing machine and dryer. From the basement you can go directly out to the lowered solarium, just as there is of course access to the ground floor via the internal stairs. There are several tiled terraces around the house, from which beach and water can be enjoyed to the fullest, and there is via a staircase direct access from the terrace to the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.

Ferienhaus in herrlicher, leicht erhöhter Lage, mit unverstellter Panoramaaussicht zu Meer und Küste! Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Eingangsdielehalle, Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Holzofen sowie Ess- und Sitzecke, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und direktem Zugang zum Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung, Dusche und WC sowie Staufläche. Darüber hinaus besteht Zugang vom Küchen-/Wohnbereich zu einer Gästetoilette. Im Ferienhaus wurden Holzböden und angenehme Fußbodenheizung verlegt. Zudem steht zur Erwärmung eine energieeffiziente Wärmepumpe bereit. Sowohl von der Küche als auch vom Wohnbereich aus genießt man großartige Aussicht zum Wasser! Eine Treppe weiter unten findet man in der Kelleretage des Hauses das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein separater Eingang und eine zweite Gästetoilette, diese auch mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Vom Eingang im Keller hat man Zutritt zu einem geschützten Innenhof. Außerdem gibt es rund um das Haus mehrere geflieste Terrassenflächen mit herrlicher Aussicht zu Wasser und Strandufer direkt davor. Über eine Treppe gelangen Sie direkt von der Terrasse hinunter zur Küste und ans Meer!
Casa de vacaciones con una ubicación magnífica y vistas panorámicas al mar y la bahía de Sjelborg. En la planta baja hay un hall de entrada, cocina / sala familiar con todo en electrodomésticos y una estufa de leña ubicada en el centro. Salón con sofá, sillones, TV y bomba de calor, un dormitorio doble y acceso directo al baño con suelo radiante, ducha, lavabo, inodoro y armario. Además, hay acceso desde la cocina / sala de estar al baño de invitados. Hay pisos de madera con calefacción por suelo radiante en todas partes y tanto desde la cocina como desde la sala de estar hay una vista estupenda a la playa. En el sótano hay una habitación con cama de matrimonio, recibidor y aseo de invitados con lavadora y secadora. Desde el sótano se puede salir directamente al solárium rebajado, del mismo modo que, por supuesto, se accede a la planta baja a través de las escaleras interiores. Hay varias terrazas embaldosadas alrededor de la casa, desde las que se puede disfrutar al máximo de la playa y el agua, y hay un acceso directo desde la terraza a la playa a través de una escalera. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes.
Maison de vacances avec un emplacement magnifique et une vue panoramique sur la mer et la baie de Sjelborg. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un hall d'entrée, cuisine / salle familiale avec tout en électroménager et un poêle à bois situé au centre. Séjour avec canapé, fauteuils, TV et pompe à chaleur, une chambre double et accès direct à la salle de bain avec chauffage au sol, douche, lavabo, WC et placard. De plus, il y a un accès de la cuisine/salle familiale aux toilettes invités. Il y a du parquet avec chauffage au sol partout et de la cuisine et du salon il y a une superbe vue sur la plage. Au sous-sol il y a une chambre avec un lit double, un hall d'entrée et des toilettes invités avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Du sous-sol, vous pouvez accéder directement au solarium abaissé, tout comme il y a bien sûr un accès au rez-de-chaussée par l'escalier intérieur. Il y a plusieurs terrasses carrelées autour de la maison, d'où l'on peut profiter au maximum de la plage et de l'eau, et il y a par un escalier un accès direct de la terrasse à la plage. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes.
Casa vacanze con una magnifica posizione e vista panoramica sul mare e sulla baia di Sjelborg. Al piano terra c'è un ingresso, cucina / soggiorno con tutto in elettrodomestici e una stufa a legna in posizione centrale. Soggiorno con divano, sedie, tv e pompa di calore, una camera matrimoniale e accesso diretto al bagno con riscaldamento a pavimento, doccia, lavabo, wc e ripostiglio. Inoltre, c'è l'accesso dalla cucina/camera familiare al bagno per gli ospiti. Ci sono pavimenti in legno con riscaldamento a pavimento ovunque e sia dalla cucina che dal soggiorno c'è una splendida vista sulla spiaggia. Al piano seminterrato si trova una camera con letto matrimoniale, ingresso e bagno ospiti con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Dal piano interrato si accede direttamente al solarium ribassato, così come si accede naturalmente al piano terra tramite le scale interne. Ci sono diverse terrazze piastrellate intorno alla casa, dalle quali si può godere al meglio della spiaggia e dell'acqua, e tramite una scala si accede direttamente dalla terrazza alla spiaggia. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani.

Dom wakacyjny ze wspaniałą lokalizacją i panoramicznym widokiem na morze i zatokę w Sjelborgu. Na parterze znajduje się przedpokój, kuchnia/pokój rodzinny z całym sprzętem AGD i centralnie umieszczonym piecem na drewno. Salon z kanapą, krzesłami, TV i pompą ciepła, dwuosobowa sypialnia i bezpośredni dostęp do łazienki z ogrzewaniem podłogowym, prysznicem, umywalką, toaletą i garderobą. Dodatkowo jest dostęp z kuchni/pokoju rodzinnego do toalety dla gości. W całym budynku znajdują się drewniane podłogi z ogrzewaniem podłogowym, az kuchni i salonu jest super widok na plażę. W piwnicy znajduje się pokój z łóżkiem małżeńskim, przedpokój oraz toaleta dla gości z pralką i suszarką. Z piwnicy można wyjść bezpośrednio do obniżonego solarium, podobnie jak jest oczywiście wejście na parter wewnętrznymi schodami. Wokół domu znajduje się kilka wyłożonych kafelkami tarasów, z których można w pełni cieszyć się plażą i wodą, a z tarasu można bezpośrednio przejść schodami na plażę. Nie do wynajęcia dla grup młodzieżowych.
