Just about 400 meters from the water on Fur, this cottage is located on a 3032 m2 large natural plot with a very nice view from the 1st floor and from the balcony you can enjoy the nature in the area. Ground floor is furnished with combined kitchen / living / dining room, from which there is direct access to the house terrace. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Bright living room with TV, DVD player and radio. Free internet is installed. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, all with double beds. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is an additional guest toilet in the house. Both washer and dryer are installed. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A solo 400 metros del agua en Fur, esta casa de campo se encuentra en una gran parcela natural de 3032 m2 con una vista muy agradable desde el 1er piso y desde el balcón se puede disfrutar de la naturaleza de la zona. La planta baja está amueblada con cocina / salón / comedor combinados, desde el cual hay acceso directo a la terraza de la casa. La cocina es i.a. Equipado con heladera con freezer y lavavajillas. Salón luminoso con TV, reproductor de DVD y radio. Se instala Internet gratis. En el 1er piso hay tres dormitorios, todos con camas dobles. Baño con ducha y suelo radiante. Hay un aseo de invitados adicional en la casa. Tanto la lavadora como la secadora están instaladas. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes.
