In the heart of Skagen city, this well-appointed cottage is only about 900 meters from the center and the pedestrian street and a few minutes drive to Skagen Sønderstrand and Grenen, where the many sights and not least the unique nature can be experienced. The cottage has a good decor with a nice well-equipped kitchen / living room, nice large, bright living room with good furniture and TV with international channels. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace, where you can have fun and cook good food on the grill. Large entrance hall, spacious bathroom with shower and underfloor heating and four good rooms with closet space. The washing machine is located in the shed. The plot is fenced so that the children can not slip out on the road. There are good parking conditions, with space for two cars in the driveway. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Im TV stehen auch einige deutsche Sender zur Auswahl. Vom Wohnbereich aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zur Terrasse, auf der Sie die Sonnenstunden und Grillabende genießen können. Im Haus zudem großer Eingangsbereich, geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Fußbodenheizung sowie vier Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Stauraum. Die praktiche Waschmaschine befindet sich nebenan im Schuppen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und somit kindersicher. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort, zwei Stellplätze in der Einfahrt.Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. En el corazón de la ciudad de Skagen, esta casa de campo bien equipada se encuentra a solo 900 metros del centro y de la calle peatonal, y a pocos minutos en coche de Skagen Sønderstrand y Grenen, donde se pueden experimentar los numerosos lugares de interés y, sobre todo, la naturaleza única. La cabaña tiene una buena decoración con una bonita cocina / sala de estar bien equipada, una bonita sala de estar grande y luminosa con buenos muebles y televisión con canales internacionales. Au cœur de la ville de Skagen, ce cottage bien aménagé se trouve à seulement 900 mètres du centre et de la rue piétonne et à quelques minutes en voiture de Skagen Sønderstrand et Grenen, où les nombreux sites touristiques et surtout la nature unique peuvent être découverts. Le chalet a une bonne décoration avec une belle cuisine / salon bien équipée, un beau grand salon lumineux avec de bons meubles et une télévision avec chaînes internationales. Depuis le salon, il y a un accès direct à la terrasse, où vous pourrez vous amuser et cuisiner de bons plats sur le grill. Grand hall d'entrée, salle de bain spacieuse avec douche et chauffage au sol et quatre bonnes chambres avec placard. La machine à laver est située dans la remise. Le terrain est clôturé afin que les enfants ne puissent pas glisser sur la route. Il y a de bonnes conditions de stationnement, avec un espace pour deux voitures dans l'allée. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés. Il cottage ha un buon arredamento con una bella cucina / soggiorno ben attrezzata, un bel soggiorno ampio e luminoso con buoni mobili e TV con canali internazionali. Dal soggiorno si accede direttamente al terrazzo, dove ci si può divertire e cucinare del buon cibo alla griglia. Ampio ingresso, spazioso bagno con doccia e riscaldamento a pavimento e quattro buoni locali con ripostiglio. La lavatrice si trova nel capannone. La trama è recintata in modo che i bambini non possano scivolare sulla strada. Ci sono buone condizioni di parcheggio, con spazio per due auto nel vialetto.
