Here is room for several generations or for meetings with friends. The house contains a large, bright kitchen / living room with wood stove and a view of beech forest and access to a covered terrace with barbecue. Large living room with wood burning stove on the ground floor and living room with balcony on the 1st floor. There are eight bedrooms with a total of 20 beds, including 1 family room for 6 people as well as 3 bathrooms with shower and 1 guest toilet. In addition, back hallway with washer and dryer and freezer in the basement. The house is heated with cheap and environmentally friendly geothermal heat. In the large garden there is the possibility of e.g. ball games and games in playhouse and sandbox. In an adjoining building there is a hall with i.a. table tennis and badminton. Hier gibt es ausreichend Platz, auch für mehrere Generationen oder für mehrere befreundete Familien. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen, hellen Küchen-/Essbereich mit Holzofen und Ausblick ins Grüne sowie Zugang zu einer überdachten Terrasse mit Grill. Außerdem großes Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen im Erdgeschoss und zweites Wohnzimmer mit Balkon oben im 1. Stock. Es stehen ganze acht Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 20 Schlafplätzen in Betten zur Verügung, darunter ein Familienzimmer für bis zu sechs Personen. Außerdem drei 3 Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine Gästetoilette im Haus. Praktischer Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sowie Gefrierschrank im Keller. Das Haus wird mittels nebenkostensparender und umweltfreundlicher Erdwärme beheizt. Draußen auf dem großen Rasengrundstück gibt es Platz für Spiel, Sprot und Spaß an der frischen Luft. Für die Jüngsten stehen Spielehäuschen und Sandkasten bereit. Zudem steht nebenan ein größeres Gebäude mit einer Halle mit Zutritt zu u.a. Tischtennis und Federball. Das Haus ist Teil eines größeren Anwesens und in einem Stallgebäude auf dem Gelände gibt es auch einen Kuhstall (kein Zutritt erlaubt). In der wunderschönen, ländlichen Ungebung kann man lange Spaziergänge und Radtouren über Landstraßen, Feldwege etc. unternehmen. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!

La casa contiene un'ampia e luminosa cucina/soggiorno con stufa a legna e vista sul bosco di faggi e accesso ad una terrazza coperta con barbecue. Ampio soggiorno con stufa a legna al piano terra e soggiorno con balcone al 1° piano. Ci sono otto camere da letto con un totale di 20 posti letto, di cui 1 camera familiare per 6 persone e 3 bagni con doccia e 1 bagno per gli ospiti. Inoltre, disimpegno sul retro con lavatrice e asciugatrice e congelatore al piano interrato. La casa è riscaldata con calore geotermico economico ed ecologico.
