In the middle of Ærøskøbing is this idyllic cottage, built in 1800, but continuously renovated with great emphasis on preserving the cottage's atmosphere. The cottage is in typical townhouse style on 2 levels. There are beds for three in one large bedroom on the 1st floor. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and is equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs and refrigerator. From the utility room there is access to a small cozy courtyard. The cottage is close to the pedestrian zone, cafe life and cozy life because we are located right in the heart of the historic city. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. La cabaña tiene un estilo típico de casa unifamiliar en 2 niveles. Hay camas para tres en un dormitorio grande en el primer piso. La cocina está conectada al comedor y está equipada con i.a. vitrocerámica y frigorífico. Desde el lavadero se accede a un pequeño y acogedor patio. La cabaña está cerca de la zona peatonal, la vida de los cafés y la vida acogedora porque estamos ubicados justo en el corazón de la ciudad histórica. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes. Le gîte est de style maison de ville typique sur 2 niveaux. Il y a des lits pour trois dans une grande chambre au 1er étage. La cuisine est reliée à la salle à manger et est équipée d'i.a. plaques vitrocéramiques et réfrigérateur. De la buanderie, il y a un accès à une petite cour confortable. Le chalet est proche de la zone piétonne, de la vie de café et de la vie confortable car nous sommes situés en plein cœur de la ville historique. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés.
