Es bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schränken, ein Kinderzimmer mit zwei Kojen und einem Zustellbett, ein kleineres Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen hellen, offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben. Nebenan auf dem Grundstück steht zudem ein kleiner Annex mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen als Ausweichmöglichkeit. Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem schönen Naturgrundstück mit Rasenfläche und Bäumen. Vom Grundstück führt ein kleiner Pfad hinunter ans Wasser. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Casa de vacaciones ubicada en la popular zona de casas de vacaciones en Virksund, a solo 200 metros del puerto deportivo de Virksund, con heladería, comedor y buena playa. Junto al puerto también se encuentra Virksund Camping, que tiene una piscina al aire libre, oportunidades para ir de compras, etc. La casa de madera bien cuidada parece luminosa y acogedora. La cabaña está amueblada con un dormitorio doble y armarios, una habitación para niños con 2 literas y 1 cama supletoria, un baño más pequeño con ducha y una sala de estar / cocina combinada, donde todo es en colores claros. También hay un anexo para invitados, donde es posible alojar a 2 personas. La casa está ubicada en una hermosa parcela natural con césped y árboles y desde la casa hay un camino hacia el agua. Maison de vacances située dans le quartier populaire des maisons de vacances de Virksund, à seulement 200 mètres environ de la marina de Virksund avec un glacier, un coin repas et une belle plage. Près du port se trouve également le camping Virksund, qui dispose d'une piscine extérieure, de possibilités de shopping, etc. La maison en bois bien entretenue semble lumineuse et accueillante. Le chalet est meublé d'une chambre double et de placards, d'une chambre d'enfants avec 2 lits superposés et 1 lit d'appoint, une salle de bain plus petite avec douche et un salon/cuisine combiné, où tout est dans des couleurs claires. Il y a aussi une annexe pour les invités, où il est possible de dormir 2 personnes. La maison est située sur un beau terrain naturel avec de l'herbe et des arbres et de la maison il y a un chemin vers l'eau. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés. Il casolare è arredato con una camera matrimoniale e armadi, una cameretta con 2 letti a castello e 1 letto aggiunto, un bagno più piccolo con doccia e un ambiente adibito a soggiorno/cucina, dove tutto è in colori chiari. C'è anche una dependance per gli ospiti, dove è possibile dormire 2 persone. La casa si trova su un bel terreno naturale con erba e alberi e dalla casa c'è un sentiero per l'acqua. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani. Un deposito rimborsabile potrebbe essere addebitato in prossimità della data di check-in.
