Z absolutnie fantastyczną lokalizacją w pierwszym rzędzie do wody w Præstø jest ten domek, w którym można wskoczyć bezpośrednio do wody na końcu ogrodu. Parter składa się z dużego wejścia/strefy wejściowej ze spiralnymi schodami, które prowadzą na pierwsze piętro. Z holu wejściowego z jednej strony domu jest wyjście do dużej sypialni, az drugiej do dużej łazienki z ogrzewaniem podłogowym. Jest ładna duża, otwarta kuchnia oraz duży salon/jadalnia z panoramicznym widokiem na ogród i wodę. W salonie istnieje możliwość dostawki dla dwóch osób na rozkładanej sofie. Z salonu jest bezpośrednie wyjście na ogromny drewniany taras, na którym można podziwiać wspaniały widok, włączyć grilla i cieszyć się życiem.
