The plot borders a small forest area and is very secluded without and passing traffic. You have views of the forest and nature area. The house is located approx. 100 metres from the beach with a jetty.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Das Grundstück grenzt an ein kleines Waldgebiet und liegt sehr ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr, ideal für Spiel und Spaß der Kinder. Es gibt Aussicht auf Naturgebiete und Wald. Das Haus liegt ca. 100 m vom Strand mit Badesteg entfernt.Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Die Kaution stellt sicher, dass Ihr Aufenthalt reibungslos verläuft, und deckt eventuelle Zusatzleistungen oder Verbrauchskosten ab.Diese Kaution deckt den Verbrauch von Nebenkosten während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie zusätzliche in Anspruch genommene Leistungen ab.Der endgültige Betrag wird anhand der tatsächlichen Zählerstände und Nutzung zusätzlicher Services angepasst.
