Nice and bright holiday home in a popular holiday home area in Virksund. The cottage is renovated in 2021 with new bathroom, kitchen and furniture. The house's large natural plot is fenced and offers beautiful planting and fruit trees to explore. There is also a larger lawn area and swing set with space for play. Around the house there are several terraces so you can enjoy the sun or find shelter and shade. You are welcomed in a spacious entrance hall / utility room with washing machine, dryer, table space and storage space. The heart of the house is the large living room with kitchen including dining area, living room with TV and Chromecast for own streaming services and the former conservatory, which is now a beautiful dining room in free connection with the rest of the room. The living room also has a heat pump and wood burning stove. The three bedrooms have a double bed and there is a cot for the little ones. The bathroom is with shower. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Bonita y luminosa casa de vacaciones en una popular zona de casas de vacaciones en Virksund. La cabaña está renovada en 2021 con baño, cocina y muebles nuevos. La gran parcela natural de la casa está vallada y ofrece hermosas plantas y árboles frutales para explorar. También hay una zona de césped más grande y un columpio con espacio para jugar. Alrededor de la casa hay varias terrazas para que pueda disfrutar del sol o encontrar refugio y sombra. Le damos la bienvenida en un amplio hall de entrada / lavadero con lavadora, secadora, mesa y espacio de almacenamiento. El corazón de la casa es la gran sala de estar con cocina que incluye área de comedor, sala de estar con TV y Chromecast para servicios de transmisión propios y el antiguo invernadero, que ahora es un hermoso comedor en conexión libre con el resto de la habitación. Maison de vacances agréable et lumineuse dans un quartier populaire de maisons de vacances à Virksund. Le chalet est rénové en 2021 avec salle de bain, cuisine et meubles neufs. Le grand terrain naturel de la maison est clôturé et offre de belles plantations et des arbres fruitiers à explorer. Il y a aussi une plus grande pelouse et une balançoire avec un espace pour jouer. Autour de la maison il y a plusieurs terrasses pour que vous puissiez profiter du soleil ou trouver un abri et de l'ombre. Vous êtes accueillis dans un spacieux hall d'entrée/buanderie avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, table et rangements. Le cœur de la maison est le grand salon avec cuisine comprenant un coin repas, un salon avec TV et Chromecast pour ses propres services de streaming et l'ancienne véranda, qui est maintenant une belle salle à manger en connexion gratuite avec le reste de la pièce. Le salon dispose également d'une pompe à chaleur et d'un poêle à bois. Les trois chambres ont un lit double et il y a un lit bébé pour les plus petits. La salle de bain est avec douche. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Bella e luminosa casa per le vacanze in una zona popolare per le vacanze a Virksund. Il casolare è ristrutturato nel 2021 con bagno, cucina e mobili nuovi. Il grande appezzamento naturale della casa è recintato e offre bellissime piante e alberi da frutto da esplorare. C'è anche un prato più grande e un'altalena con spazio per giocare. Intorno alla casa ci sono diversi terrazzi per godersi il sole o trovare riparo e ombra. Si viene accolti in un ampio ingresso/ripostiglio con lavatrice, asciugatrice, tavolo e ripostiglio. Il cuore della casa è l'ampio soggiorno con cucina inclusa zona pranzo, soggiorno con TV e Chromecast per i propri servizi di streaming e l'ex serra, che ora è una bella sala da pranzo in connessione gratuita con il resto della stanza. Il soggiorno ha anche una pompa di calore e stufa a legna. Le tre camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e c'è un lettino per i più piccoli. Il bagno è con doccia. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani.
