From the house there is not far to a path system where you can get a walk around the lake. The cottage is built of quality materials, which provide a quiet indoor environment. There is a living room with an open kitchen and a dining area. Furnished with modern furnishings. Very functional with a focus on providing greater holiday enjoyment. The double beds are 3/4 beds. There is wireless internet in the house. From the living room there is direct access to a large terrace where nature can be enjoyed in the good garden furniture. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus bietet viel Platz gür das Familienleben und liegt nahe der kleinen Pfade, die einmal um den See herumführen. Das aus hochwertigen Materialien erbaute Haus hat ein wohnliches Ambiente. Es gibt einen offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Ess- und Sitzecke sowie modernem Mobiliar. Hier kann man sich im Kreise der Familie entspannt niederlassen und sich erholen. Die Doppelbetten im Haus sind etwas schmaler als gewohnt. Freies WLAN im Haus. Im Eingangsbereich steht ein kombinierter Waschtrockner zur Verfügung. Vom Wohnbereich aus hat man direkten Zugang zu einer großen Terrassenfläch mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill sowie Ausblick in die Natur ringsum. Im Garten steht auch ein Shelter für eine Übernachtung draußen im Freien zur Verfügung. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Casa de campo diseñada por un arquitecto ubicada muy cerca del lago Kvie en un entorno tranquilo. Aquí hay mucho espacio para dos familias que están de vacaciones juntas. Desde la casa no hay un sistema de senderos donde se puede dar un paseo alrededor del lago. La cabaña está construida con materiales de calidad, que proporcionan un ambiente interior tranquilo. Hay una sala de estar con una cocina abierta y un comedor. Amueblado con muebles modernos. Muy funcional con un enfoque en proporcionar una mayor alegría navideña. Las camas dobles son 3/4 camas. Le chalet est construit avec des matériaux de qualité, qui offrent un environnement intérieur calme. Il y a un salon avec une cuisine ouverte et un coin repas. Meublé avec un mobilier moderne. Très fonctionnel avec un accent sur la fourniture d'une plus grande joie de vacances. Les lits doubles sont des lits 3/4. Il y a Internet sans fil dans la maison. Depuis le salon, il y a un accès direct à une grande terrasse où la nature peut être appréciée dans le bon mobilier de jardin. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. C'è un soggiorno con una cucina aperta e una zona pranzo. Arredato con mobili moderni. Molto funzionale con l'obiettivo di fornire una maggiore gioia di vacanza. I letti matrimoniali sono 3/4 letti. C'è internet senza fili in casa. Dal soggiorno si accede direttamente ad un ampio terrazzo dove si può godere della natura nei buoni mobili da giardino. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani. Un deposito rimborsabile potrebbe essere addebitato in prossimità della data di check-in. Questo deposito copre i costi dei consumi durante il soggiorno e di eventuali servizi aggiuntivi utilizzati.
