Holiday apartment located in the eastern part of the main building on a country estate in Østermarie. The apartment contains an entrance hall, large kitchen with dining area and exit to the terrace overlooking the garden that goes down to the creek. Owner lives in the other part of the main building. The dining kitchen and living room are separated by beautiful French doors. The living room has a wood burning stove, a cozy sofa arrangement and a double bed. Dining kitchen and living room face south. To the north is the bathroom and bedroom with double bed. The holiday apartment is located in beautiful rural surroundings. Owner's horses walk on the loops around the property. The large garden is the owner's, but can be used by agreement with the owner. Not for rent to youth groups. Die Wohnung hat u.a. eine Eingangsdiele, eine geräumige Küche mit Essbereich und Zugang zur Terrasse mit Blick auf ein weitläufiges Gelände, das an ein Bachufer grenzt. Der Eigentümer bewohnt selbst den zweiten Teil des Hauptgebäudes. Essküche und Wohnzimmer trennt eine hübsche Glastür. Im nach Süden ausgerichteten Wohnzimmer steht außer einer klimafreundlichen Wärmepumpe auch ein gemütlicher Holzofen bereit. Nach Norden liegen das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in landschaftlicher schöner Umgebung. Die Pferde des Besitzers weiden friedlich auf den umliegenden Wiesen und Feldern. Nebenan liegt ein Hof mit Tierhaltung. Das riesige Privatgrundstück kann nur nach Absprache mit dem Eigentümer genutzt werden. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! El apartamento contiene un hall de entrada, amplia cocina con comedor y salida a la terraza con vista al jardín que baja al arroyo. El propietario vive en la otra parte del edificio principal. La cocina comedor y la sala de estar están separadas por hermosas puertas francesas. El salón tiene una estufa de leña, un cómodo sofá y una cama doble. Cocina comedor y sala de estar orientada al sur. Al norte está el baño y el dormitorio con cama doble. El apartamento de vacaciones se encuentra en un hermoso entorno rural.
