Cozy cottage in quiet and sunny surroundings by the fish-rich Rystraumen on Kvaløya, 30 km west of Tromsø. Magnificent views from the cottage and terrace towards the sea and the beautiful landscape. In autumn and winter, the northern lights can be experienced in all shades of color in the sky on days and nights with good weather. The cottage has 2 levels, where the living room is on the lower level while the kitchen is on a slightly higher level. 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.20 m wide bed, the other with a single bed. It is 70 m from the car park in summer and winter, with a footpath to the cottage. Final cleaning is not included and can be agreed with the owner upon arrival. Very good sea fishing in the strait below the cottage, and here you can fish with a rod from shore. Great hiking areas, an ideal starting point for day trips by car to Sommarøya on the west side of Kvaløya. Here you can walk in the beautiful coastal landscape with idyllic sandy beaches, enjoy the fresh sea air and the midnight sun. From here you can take a car ferry to the island of Senja and invite you to a great round trip by following the main road E6 back. Visit the Polarzoo zoo where animals such as reindeer, wolves, bears and many more can be experienced up close. From Senja you can take a ferry to Andøya, where whale watching is an exciting experience. 25 km to the airport, 30 km to Tromsø city with many shops and restaurants. The city has been the starting point for many polar expeditions to the Arctic Ocean throughout history and in the city's museums you can study photos, history and objects from this time.

Gemütliches Ferienhäuschen in idyllischer Lage auf der Insel Kvaløya, mit herrlicher Panoramaaussicht von Haus und Terrasse zum imposanten Gebirge und dem Wasser gleich unterhalb! Sie wohnen hier am fischreichen Rystraumen, ca. 30 km südwestlich von Tromsø. Im Herbst und Winter ist das Nordlicht hier bei klarem Wetter Tag und Nacht in allen Farbnuancen am Himmel zu erleben! Das Häuschen hat zwei Ebenen; das Wohnzimmer liegt auf der unteren Ebene, die Küche etwas erhöht. Außerdem stehen noch zwei Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung; eines mit 120 cm breitem Doppelbett, das zweite mit einem Einzelbett. Der Fußweg vom Parkplatz des Hauses ist Sommer wie Winter 70 m lang. Endreinigung ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und kann bei Ankunft mit dem Eigentümer vereinbart werden. Sehr gutes Angelrevier im Sund gleich unterhalb, wo man mit der Rute vom Land aus angeln kann. Zudem reizvolles Wanderterrain ringsum sowie eine gute Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto zur Sommarøya an der Westseite von Kvaløya. Dort können Sie in der wunderschönen Küstenlandschaft entlang idyllischer Sandstrände spazieren gehen, dabei die frische Seeluft und die Mitternachtssonne genießen. Nehmen Sie die Autofähre zur Insel Senja mit anschließender Rundfahrt über die Hauptstr. E6. Besuchen Sie auch den PolarZoo mit Rentieren, Wölfen, Bären etc. Von Senja kann man auch die Fähre nach Andøya nehmen und auf Wal-Safari fahren. Es sind 25 km zum nächsten Flughafen und 30 km zur Stadt Tromsø mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Stadt war im Laufe der Jahrhunderte Ausgangspunkt für viele Polarexpeditionen zum Arktischen Ozean und in den Museen der Stadt können Sie Fotos und Objekte aus dieser Zeit studieren.

Ta przyjemna chatka jest idyllicznie położona na Kvaløya przy bogatym w ryby Rystraumen, 30 km na południowy zachód od Tromsø. Wspaniała przyroda otacza chatę, z której roztacza się panoramiczny widok na dziki i piękny górski krajobraz oraz cieśninę poniżej.
