Welcome to this great holiday home, set right by lake Ullvettern in the beautiful area of Värmland. You have access to your own private bathing dock, right next to the cottage, and there's also a larger, sandy beach about 16 km away at Badsta campingsite. The cosy cottage features a living room with a fireplace, a TV and a sofa bed (140x200 cm, suitable for one or two people). In the bedroom there are two beds. The bathroom is in a separate building and features a washbasin, a shower, and a separett-style toilet (a waterfree composting and urine diverting toilet). The cottage is surrounded by scenic nature and you will be close to the channel Bergslagskanalen, where you can catch a boat from Karlskoga to Filipstad. The south of Värmland is beautiful with it's many lakes and forests. This is the perfect place for those who enjoy long walks. There's a boat spot available, should you wish to bring your own boat (max weight 1500 kg). If you come with the boat on a trailer, you must have a car with four-wheel drive to be able to pick up the boat again. Please note: The TV uses a system called Boxer, which you can only use if you bring your own Boxer card. Welcome to beautiful Värmland!

Bootsliegeplatz für mitgebrachtes Boot (bis 1500 kg) vor Ort. Gegen eine Gebühr von SEK 200,- ist der Eigentümer gerne beim zu Wasser lassen Ihres Bootes behilflich. Sie wohnen in naturschöner Gegend mit viel Grün und in der Nähe des Bergslagskanals. Auf diesem können Sie einen Bootsausflug von Karlskoga bis nach Filipstad machen. Die Landschaft des Södra Värmlandes ist sehr reizvoll mit zahlreichen Seen und dichten Wäldern. Hier kann man unberührte Natur erleben und genießen sowie in der entsprechenden Jahreszeit Beeren und Pilze sammeln. Im Haus umweltfreundliche Bio-Toilette in separatem Gebäude. Die Schlafcouch misst 140x200cm. Wenn Sie mit dem Boot auf einem Anhänger anreisen, benötigen Sie ein Auto mit Allradantrieb, um das Boot wieder abholen zu können.
