Holiday cottage located in a unique location close to the sea and overlooking the picturesque marina, Marina Minde. There is approx. 100 m to a lovely sandy beach. From the ground floor you have views of the water. Interior floors are partly covered with wood, partly with tiled floor with underfloor heating. The ground floor has a kitchen with all white goods. The living room has a wood-burning stove. The living room has access to the terrace where the views can be enjoyed. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower and sauna. In addition, scullery with washer and dryer. One bedroom with 2 single beds are on the ground floor. The 2 other bedrooms are situated in the basement and equipped with a double bed. In addition to the 2 rooms is a guest toilet. For children there is great common playground. The house is only approx. 20 km from the Danish/German border and approx. 12 km to the lovely market town Sønderborg. Um das Haus herum befinden sich eine offene sowie eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Die offene Küche ist mit zahlreichen Hilfsmitteln gut ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es einen Whirlpool für zwei Personen, Dusche und Sauna. Der Fußboden ist mit Holz oder Fliesen verlegt und mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, die anderen zwei sowie eine Gästetoilette im Keller. Im praktischen Hauswirtschaftsraum am Eingang stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vor Ort gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz. Zudem gibt es ca. 150 m vom Reihenhaus entfernt mehrere Elektro-Ladestationen für E-Autos. Sie können darüber in der Norlys-App nachlesen.
