Enjoy the swimming pool of this holiday cottage, where you can can look out at the scenery from the pool room. There is also a sauna in one of the bathrooms. Activities like PlayStation (1, 2 and 3), two outdoor football goals, sandbox and a Wendy's house, will keep the children occupied. There are bedrooms on both sides of the cottage and a large bed loft. From the living room you can access the terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature. The house is located on a large plot with lawns and good conditions for outdoor activities. The plot is hilly and it might be possible to spot some of the local wildlife.

Dieses Ferienhaus liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück, das größtenteils als Rasenfläche angelegt ist und tolle Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten im Freien bietet. Großer Billardraum mit viel Platz drumherum, um zu üben oder zu spielen. Der Poolraum ist sehr lichtdurchflutet und bietet zudem einen ungestörten Blick ins Grüne. Das Ferienhaus steht leicht erhöht mit Blick zur Tannisbucht und wunderschöner Natur und Tierwelt ringsum. Sie wohnen hier völlig ungestört. Von der Südterrasse gelangt man in den Flur mit der im Jahr 2025 renovierten Wohnküche und dem im Jahr 2025 neu möblierten Wohnzimmer. Praktisch aufgeteilt mit Zimmern an beiden Enden des Hauses und einem großen Dachboden sowie Zugang vom Wohnzimmer zu einer Terrasse mit Blick in die Natur. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, beide im Jahr 2025 renoviert, eines davon mit Zugang zur Sauna. Es gibt eine Rasenfläche mit 2 Fußballtoren. Mit seiner attraktiven Lage ist dieses Haus ideal für alle, die sich im Urlaub Entspannung, Sonne, Strand, Aktivitäten und Naturerlebnisse wünschen.
Esta casa de campo está ubicada en una parcela muy grande, donde la mayoría está diseñada como césped con muy buenas oportunidades para actividades al aire libre. Gran sala de billar con mucho espacio alrededor y para tomar algunos carriles o simplemente jugar. Hay una muy buena luz en la sala de la piscina, donde también se puede disfrutar de la vista de la naturaleza sin ser molestado. Situado en una pequeña colina con vistas a la naturaleza con la vida silvestre, completamente tranquilo. Ce chalet est situé sur un très grand terrain, où la plupart sont aménagés en pelouse avec de très bonnes possibilités d'activités de plein air. Grande salle de billard avec beaucoup d'espace autour et pour emprunter des pistes ou simplement jouer. Il y a une très bonne luminosité dans la salle de billard, où vous pouvez également profiter de la vue sur la nature sans être dérangé. Situé sur une petite colline surplombant la nature avec la faune, complètement intacte. De la terrasse orientée au sud, il y a une entrée dans le hall d'entrée avec cuisine, salle familiale et salon. Console PlayStation3 (le modèle peut jouer à PS 1, 2 et 3). Pratiquement divisé avec des chambres à chaque extrémité et un grand loft et une sortie du salon sur la terrasse avec vue sur la nature.
