From the living room there are views of a small lake in front of the house with a "terrace" in the water for common use. The small lake has a calming effect and it is always interesting to sit and look at it both morning and evening. The beach is reached by the small paths in the area. The apartment terrace has garden furniture. No letting to builder groups. NOTE: There is construction going on behind the apartment over the summer, so construction noise may occur.
