This pool / activity house has a wonderful location on a large secluded dune plot with a view of the old mill in Sønderho. The house is particularly suitable for one or more families of a total of 12-14 people, but contains as many as 18 beds. For example. there are 2 bathrooms, as well as extra shower and toilet in open space in connection with the pool area. 9 rooms, several of which have TV (only for games and DVD). Here are really good opportunities for a fun and active holiday in all seasons. Large wellness department which in addition to the large swimming pool (heated energy-friendly) also contains a whirlpool and a sauna, as well as the activity room with i.a. table tennis, table football and pool table or just have fun with TV or PlayStation. At the other end of the house there is a living and dining room with wood burning stove, air conditioning and 50 & quot; flat screen (cable TV). The house is decorated according to the owner's personal taste and style. There are 2 kitchens, so there are a total of two ovens and two stoves. The house has several good terraces that are sheltered by the house. Trampoline in the garden (use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). A few minutes drive from the house is the finest white sand beach which is one of northern Europe's best beaches. It is allowed to take the car on the beach and drive between Sønderho in the south and to Fanø Bad in the north.

Aufgrund der Größe und der Einrichtung eignet sich das Haus für eine große Familie oder auch für den gemeinsamen Urlaub mehrerer Familien. Es bietet 18 Schlafplätze, verteilt auf 9 Schlafzimmer. Außerdem stehen zwei Bäder mit Dusche sowie ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche/WC in Verbindung mit dem Poolbereich zur Verfügung. Zu dem Haus gehört ein großer Wellnessbereich mit einem großen Swimmingpool, der klimafreundlicher per Wärmepumpe erwärmt wird, sowie einem Whirlpool und einer Sauna. In dem Aktivitätsraum des Hauses stehen für den Freizeitspaß u.a. Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Billardtisch sowie TV mit Chromecast zum Streamen eigener Anbieter sowie eine Playstation bereit. Am anderen Ende des Hauses befindet sich der geräumige Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Ess- und Sitzecke sowie eingebautem Holzofen, Klimaanlage und 50 Zoll Flachbild-TV (Kabel-Empfang). Die badenden Kinder kann man von der Sitzecke aus im Auge behalten. Zur umfassenden Küchenausstattung gehören u.a. ein großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sowie zwei Backöfen und ein großes Kochfeld. Im Außenbereich findet man mehrere Terrassenflächen mit windgeschützten Ecken sowie eine schöne Spielfläche für die Kinder mit Gartentrampolin (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko). Nur wenige Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt liegt der herrliche, feine Sandstrand, der zu den schönsten Stränden Nordeuropas zählt.
