Zur technischen Ausstattung im Wohnbereich gehören WLAN, Fernseher, DVD-Spieler und Radio, zudem steht für kühlere Abende ein Holzofen bereit. Insgesamt sind drei Schlafzimmer vorhanden: eines mit Doppelbett, das zweite mit Doppelbett und Schreibtisch, das dritte mit Etagenbetten und Schreibtisch.
