Access the covered terrace from the living room. There are several terraces around the house, where you can enjoy the sun, relax and barbecue. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen.Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Die Kaution stellt sicher, dass Ihr Aufenthalt reibungslos verläuft, und deckt eventuelle Zusatzleistungen oder Verbrauchskosten ab.Diese Kaution deckt den Verbrauch von Nebenkosten während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie zusätzliche in Anspruch genommene Leistungen ab.Der endgültige Betrag wird anhand der tatsächlichen Zählerstände und Nutzung zusätzlicher Services angepasst. Entrada a hall de entrada con baño, dormitorio, amplio salón con acceso a terraza techada, cocina con comedor y dos habitaciones. Hay varias buenas terrazas alrededor de la casa que le permiten disfrutar del sol, relajarse o asar y cenar al aire libre. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes. Es posible que se le cobre un depósito reembolsable cerca de la fecha de entrada. Este depósito cubre el consumo de suministros durante su estancia y cualquier servicio adicional que pueda utilizar. Le gîte est continuellement rénové et dispose d'un décor lumineux et très confortable avec une ambiance cosy. Entrée sur hall d'entrée avec salle de bains, chambre, salon spacieux avec accès à la terrasse couverte, cuisine avec coin repas et deux chambres. Il y a plusieurs bonnes terrasses autour du chalet qui vous permettent de profiter du soleil, de vous détendre ou de faire des grillades et de dîner à l'extérieur. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés.
