The cottage contains a separate kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, bright living room with wooden floors and entrance to the 1st floor and bathroom with 2-person whirlpool. On the 1st floor there is a landing with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor is the double bedroom. From the living room there is access to the terrace overlooking the par-3 course. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Im Haus gibt es eine separate Küche, u.a. mit Spülmaschine, sowie ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Holzboden und Zugang in die obere Etage. Zudem ein Schlafzimmer sowie Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und Whirlwanne für zwei Personen im Parterre. Dort kann man nach der Runde Golf wunderbar die Muskeln entspannen. In der oberen Etage offene Galerie mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Vom Wohnbereich hat man Zugang zur Terrasse mit Ausblick zum Golfplatz nebenan. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Die Kaution stellt sicher, dass Ihr Aufenthalt reibungslos verläuft, und deckt eventuelle Zusatzleistungen oder Verbrauchskosten ab.Diese Kaution deckt den Verbrauch von Nebenkosten während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie zusätzliche in Anspruch genommene Leistungen ab.Der endgültige Betrag wird anhand der tatsächlichen Zählerstände und Nutzung zusätzlicher Services angepasst. Casa de vacaciones con bañera de hidromasaje situada junto al campo de golf en Sydlangeland. La cabaña contiene una cocina separada con i.a. Lavavajillas, living luminoso con pisos de madera y entrada al 1er piso y baño con hidromasaje para 2 personas. En el 1er piso hay un rellano con dos camas individuales y un dormitorio con una cama doble. En la planta baja se encuentra el dormitorio doble. Desde el salón se accede a la terraza con vistas al campo de par 3. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes. Es posible que se le cobre un depósito reembolsable cerca de la fecha de entrada. Este depósito cubre el consumo de suministros durante su estancia y cualquier servicio adicional que pueda utilizar. El importe final se ajustará en función de las lecturas reales del contador, el uso real de servicios adicionales y cualquier saldo restante se reembolsará en un plazo de 21 días tras la salida.
Maison de vacances avec bain à remous située juste à côté du terrain de golf sur Sydlangeland. Le chalet contient une cuisine séparée avec i.a. lave-vaisselle, séjour lumineux avec parquet et entrée au 1er étage et salle de bain avec bain à remous 2 personnes. Au 1er étage il y a un palier avec deux lits simples et une chambre avec un lit double. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la chambre double. Depuis le salon, il y a un accès à la terrasse donnant sur le parcours par-3. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés. Le montant final sera ajusté en fonction des relevés de compteurs réels, de l’utilisation effective des services supplémentaires, et tout solde restant sera remboursé dans un délai de 21 jours après le départ.

Il cottage contiene una cucina separata con i.a. lavastoviglie, luminoso soggiorno con pavimenti in legno e ingresso al 1° piano e bagno con vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone. Al 1° piano c'è un disimpegno con due letti singoli e una camera con letto matrimoniale. Al piano terra si trova la camera matrimoniale. Dal soggiorno si accede al terrazzo con vista sul campo par 3. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani. Un deposito rimborsabile potrebbe essere addebitato in prossimità della data di check-in. Questo deposito copre i costi dei consumi durante il soggiorno e di eventuali servizi aggiuntivi utilizzati. L’importo finale sarà adeguato in base alle letture effettive dei contatori, all’utilizzo reale dei servizi extra, e l’eventuale saldo residuo verrà rimborsato entro 21 giorni dalla partenza.
