Cozy house in the middle of the glass kingdom with fantastic lake views and with only 60 meters to the lake. You have a large, lovely terrace where you can enjoy your time a little more secluded, here is outdoor furniture and lovely hammocks to relax in. The house, which was an old parish home, has a large space with large living areas downstairs. Enjoy the combined kitchen / dining room / living room where you can light a fire in the beautiful stove or relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the smart TV. Wifi is included. You have fresh, nicely tiled bathrooms on both floors. Upstairs you have a small living room with sofa bed and TV with chromecast. Here you have a small balcony with unbeatable views of the lake. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a cot, the other with an 140cm wide bed. There is also a kitchen upstairs. It is not allowed to charge an electric car or an hybrid car at the house. Here you get a fantastic holiday with wonderful walks around the beautiful lake Rottnen, with direct proximity to the center for example. restaurant visits. The swimming raft down by the lake belongs to the house. If you want to swim, there are 2 bathing places, "Tanden och Tungan" is the closest, and Gökaskratt Camping where you have a bathing jetty, playground etc. You live in the middle of the glass kingdom and have only 25 km to Kosta Outlet. There is also Kosta Safari Park where you can meet moose, bison, fallow deer, mouflon sheep and wild boar up close. The train station in Hovmantorp is about 500m from the house, which is worth thinking about if you want to easily make day trips to e.g. Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Växjö. Trains are also a convenient way to get to the house.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus mitten im sogenannten Glasriket mit seinen zahlreichen Glasbläsereien. Sie wohnen hier nur ca. 60 m von einem Seeufer und haben schönen Ausblick zum Wasser! Am Ferienhaus gibt es eine große, schöne Terrasse, auf der Sie Ihre freien Tage etwas abgeschiedener genießen können. Es stehen dafür Gartenmöbel und eine Hängematte bereit. Im heutigen Ferienhaus, einem ehemaligen Pfarrhaus, findet man im Erdgeschoss den offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Ess- und Sitzecke für das Familienleben und einem Kaminofen für kühlere Abende. Zur technischen Ausstattung gehört freies WLAN. Gefliestes Badezimmer auf beiden Etagen des Hauses. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Fernseher mit Chromecast. Hier haben Sie einen kleinen Balkon mit unschlagbarem Seeblick zur Verfügung. Außerdem liegen oben zwei weitere Schlafzimmer; eines mit einem Doppelbett und einem Kinderbett, das zweite mit einem 140 cm breiten Doppelbett. Zudem weitere Küche im Obergeschoss. Es ist nicht gestattet, Ihr Elektro- oder Hybridauto am Haus aufzuladen. Hier erleben Sie eine traumhafte Umgebung für herrliche Spaziergänge rund um den wunderschönen Rottnensee und zugleich unmittelbare Nähe zum Ortszentrum mit Restaurants etc. Das Badefloß unten am See gehört zum Haus. Wenn Sie baden möchten, gibt es die beiden Badeufer "Tanden och Tungan" sowie etwas weiter weg Gökaskratt Camping, wo Sie einen Badesteg, einen Spielplatz etc. haben. Sie wohnen hier nur etwa 25 km von Kosta entfernt. Im Kosta Safari Park können Sie Elche, Bisons, Damhirsche, Mufflons und Wildschweine aus nächster Nähe beobachten.
