Welcome to spend your holiday at beautiful Simsjön. A nice accommodation close to just everything. The house is located in a quiet cottage area with only 5 min walk to beautiful sandy beach and the lake that both cools and sparkles. There are two bathing jetties, lawn, toilets and changing rooms. To the area there is a kiosk with simple food and ice cream. Mini golf, boules court and even fishing licenses for those who want to do more than just swim. The house is hidden in greenery with neighbors next door. At the back of the plot there is a hut for those who want to climb and play and the garden is beautiful and invites to play. The house is bright with lots of windows and charming. You enter a large hall. Right in front of you is the dining room with large windows and a door out to the terrace. There is a barbecue and nice outdoor furniture. To the right is the bathroom which is white fully tiled bathroom with smaller washing machine, shower and toilet. Opposite is the bedroom that goes bright colors with a double bed 140 cm. Windows out to the back of the garden and also windows out to the large glazed dining room. To the left of the hall is the heart of the house. Large living room with open plan. The kitchen area for itself and a small place to have breakfast. The living room has a comfortable sofa with TV, where you can enjoy the tranquility. With the beams in the ceiling and open in the nock makes it feel spacious. A ladder up and you have a cozy sleeping loft. Perfect for the kids who want to sleep in lofts. Here is a playroom with two mattresses and there is a large inflatable mattress for those who want. There is no railing so you are a little observant. The terrace outside also has a seating area and the whole garden is framed by greenery. Willkommen zu einem Urlaub in der Gegend von Billinge. Das Haus liegt am schönen See Simsjön mit einem reizvollen Wanderweg, viel schöner Natur und nur 3 Minuten zum Skövde GK für Golfer. Eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft mit der Nähe zu fast allem. Sie wohnen hier in einem ruhigen Ferienhausgebiet, nur etwa 5 Gehminuten vom schönen Strandufer am See entfernt. Dort stehen zwei Badestege, Liegewiese, Toiletten und Umkleidekabinen zur Verfügung. In der Umgebung gibt es auch einen Kiosk mit einigen Lebensmitteln und Eis. Zudem Minigolf, Bocciabahn und auch Angelschein dort erhältlich. Das hell und wohnlich eingerichtete Ferienhaus liegt versteckt im Grünen, dennoch mit Nachbarn nebenan. Von der Terrasse am Eingang hat man Zutritt zur geräumigen Eingangsdiele. Rechts davon liegt das weiß geflieste Badezimmer mit einer kleinen Waschmaschine, Dusche und Toilette. Links befindet sich der geräumige Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit großen Fenstern und einer Tür zur Terrasse davor. Dort gibt es einen Grill und schöne Gartenmöbel. Auf der anderen Seite liegt ein helles Schlafzimmer mit einem 140 cm breiten Doppelbett, Fenster zur Rückseite des Gartens und auch Fenster zum großen verglasten Esszimmer, das zwischen Küche und Schlafzimmer liegt. Außerdem Hems oben unter der Dachschräge mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen. Der Küchenbereich ist separat und hat einen kleinen Frühstücksplatz. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Sofa, dekorative Dachbalken und einen offene Zimmerdecke bis zum First. Von hier führt eine Leiter hinauf zum Hems mit einem 150 cm breitem Schlafplatz auf dem Boden. Kein Geländer, daher nicht für Kleinkinder oder Gehbehinderte geeignet. Die Terrasse bietet im Freien einen schönen Sitzbereich, eingerahmt vom Grün des Gartens.
