Welcome to a rural cottage with a beautiful idyll in the heart of Värmland. Here in the forests moose, deer wander and you will have a wonderful holiday in the countryside. This cozy holiday home is located near swimming with a rowing boat that is included in the accommodation and also a cozy barbecue hut for pleasant evenings. In here, you can grill over muurikka under a crackling fire. For those who want to grill outdoors, there is a fireplace next door and also an outdoor grill. The cottage is only 25 minutes from the Swedish-Norwegian border. Within twenty minutes from the holiday home, you can reach a lot and experience a lovely beach, golf course, football field, ski resort and magnificent nature. You are welcomed into the house in a large hall. Directly ahead is a toilet with wc and with a newer shower cubicle, separate toilet and sink. To the left, the kitchen opens up, which is Swedish classic standard in pine. Here there is a dining area for 6 people and with everything a kitchen could need. Micro, coffee maker, stove and oven and many accessories. Here the fire crackles well and warms chilly evenings. Adjacent is the house's bedroom with a built-in bed that is 198cm long and 120cm wide. Next to it is a single bed 80 cm wide. You can sleep 2 people in the built-in 120cm bed and one person in the other. In the house's pleasant living room there is a TV, Playstation and plenty of DVD films and plenty of board games. Here is a nice sofa that can be made into a bed and is 160cm wide. Here, too, there is a smaller stove for cold evenings. In the forest you will find red deer, squirrels, roe deer and even moose. You can advantageously book the house in autumn when the trees are yellow with mushrooms and berries in the forests and of course excellent fishing waters. The boat and canoe are down by the river, welcome to use (5 minute walk). You can also rent a quad bike on site or a snowmobile nearby. Or you can go on a moose safari, visit a trade and craft fair or one of the local auctions. The house is rented out all year round and offers swimming, trips on the lake, fishing opportunities, trips in the forest and moose safaris. Hier in den Wäldern wandern Elche und Rehe umher und Sie können hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf dem Lande verbringen. Dieses gemütliche Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe eines Badeufers mit Ruderboot, das kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Zudem steht ein urige Grillhütte zur Verfügung. Darin können Sie am knisterndem Feuer grillen. Für diejenigen, die lieber im Freien grillen möchten, gibt es nebenan eine Feuerstelle und auch einen Außengrill. Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 25 Minuten von der schwedisch-norwegischen Grenze entfernt. Im Umkreis von 20 Autominuten vom Ferienhaus erreichen Sie einen schönen Strand, einen Golfplatz, einen Fußballplatz, ein Skigebiet und viel unberührte Natur. Große Eingangsdiele im Haus. Geradeaus geht es ins Bad mit moderner Duschkabine sowie separater Trenntoilette und Waschbecken. Auf der linken Hand geht es in die typisch schwedische Küche aus Kiefernholz. In der Küche findet man auch den Essbereich für 6 Personen. Zur guten Küchenausstattung gehören u.a. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Herd und Backofen sowie viel Zubehör. Im Holzofen knistert das Feuer gemütlich. Angrenzend befindet sich das Schlafzimmer des Hauses mit einem eingebauten Bett für zwei, das 198 cm lang und 120 cm breit ist. Daneben steht ein 80 cm breites Einzelbett bereit. Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer des Hauses gibt es einen Fernseher, eine Playstation und viele DVD-Filme sowie viele Gesellschaftsspiele. Hier steht auch ein schönes Sofa, das zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut werden kann und dann 160 cm breit ist. Auch hier gibt es einen kleineren Ofen für kühlere Abende. Im Wald gibt es u.a. Rotwild, Eichhörnchen, Rehe und sogar Elche zu entdecken. Im Herbst verfärbt sich das Laub bunt und man kann Pilze und Beeren in den Wäldern ringsum finden. Außerdem gibt es ausgezeichnete Angelgewässer ringsum. Boot und Kanu findet man unten am Flussufer, nur etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Sie können vor Ort auch ein Quad oder einen Schneescooter in der Nähe mieten. Oder Sie machen eine Elchsafari, besuchen eine Handwerksmesse oder eine der örtlichen Auktionen.
